Must have the Main Office / Sub - Office & a well established Service Workshop at Bhopal, Indore and Raipur. 2. Must have valid Sales Tax Number. 3. Must be registered with Service Tax, ESI & EPF authorities, if applicable. 4. PAN No. 5. The firm must be in existence for the last 5- years with experience in security / safety equipments. 6. Must be in a position to provide a minimum of Rs. 5/- lac of Bank Guarantee (Performance Guarantee) 7. Income Tax Clearance / having filed Income Tax Returns for last 3 years. 8. Minimum turn over of Rs. 25/ lacs per year for the last three years. 9. The earnest money deposit of all the unsuccessful bidders will be returned within a period of -30- days from the date of opening of the received tenders. However, in case of the lowest / successful bidder backing out from the terms and conditions mentioned in his tender or refuses to honor his tender, the earnest money deposit will be forfeited. 2. Bank reserves the right to cancel one or all tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever. Tender cost amount of Rs.500/- through DD/ Banker s cheque in favour of Bank of Baroda, payable at Bhopal (to be remitted only by vendors who download the tender document from Bank s website). 3. The cylinder, the cartridge, the ABC /DCP must all be of ISI mark. The Rates quoted must be Net Rates inclusive of all the levies i.e Excise Duty, Sales Tax, Turnover Tax etc. However, the service tax, if charged must be specified. However, the octroi where ever applicable will be paid against the receipt on actual basis. The rates for supply of New Fire Extinguishers must also include the cost of installation including the cost of brackets, screws and any other fixing material. The rates for refilling of fire extinguishers shall include the cost of cartridges, chemical / powder, labour, transportation etc. No additional cost will be entertained. The successful bidder will have to give a security deposit of Rs /- in the form of FDR, with the Bank, The security amount will be released after the expiry of successful and satisfactory completion of AMC period. The rates quoted shall be binding for 12- months from the date of awarding of the AMC and no increase what so ever shall be considered. In the event of any breach of contract, the security amount will be forfeited. No conditional discount will be considered. The Tender with any conditional discount will not be entertained and will be summarily rejected. Payment will be made by the Branches/offices within -10- days of the satisfactory supply & installation / refilling of Fire Extinguishers and submission of original bill thereof. Bank may ask for the Cost Benefit Analysis for any item, it may deem fit. Bank also reserves the right to cancel one or all tenders without
