Columbia Center is a Class A, 1.5 million sq. ft., 76 story office tower located in the financial district of Seattle Washington. Columbia Center has close to 1,000 electrical components that need to have infrared scans performed on an annual basis. We have had challenges over the last few years finding a company that can provide us a detailed inventory, perform quality work, meet a demanding schedule and submit final reports in a timely fashion. Cascade Thermal Imaging (CTI) is that company. CTI communicated well with our engineering and management team from day one and provided us a detailed scope of work and schedule. CTI performed well, communicated well, met schedule and provided us a very detailed final report with a few days. Our experience with CTI was positive from day one and we are extremely happy with the overall experience. 3 Monday, January 11,2010 To Whom It May Concern: Cascade Thermal Imaging is an excellent Thermal Imaging vendor. I was initially impressed because Larry Stratton came out to describe the services they offer and their business approach. He then introduced his Lead Electrician Presten who gave me a great degree of comfort with his knowledge and safety practices. They were very organized and thorough. The report was very detailed and the job went very well without any interruptions of service for our tenants or any complaints. They are great guys to work with. Cascade Thermal Imaging finished ahead of schedule and completed the report in 3 days. Our last Thermal Imaging contractor took over 30 days to do the imaging and considerably longer to deliver the report. We were so pleased that we signed a contract for 5 years with Cascade Thermal Imaging. I also invited them to do a presentation to our monthly chief's meeting to Thermal scan other buildings in Able Engineering's portfolio. I have no reservations to recommend or hire them to handle any job big or small. 4 January 25, 2010 Cascade Thermal Imaging, Inc th Ave NE Redmond, WA Dear Project Management Team at Cascade Thermal Imaging, Inc.; I wanted to take a minute to thank you and your thermography technicians for the outstanding job they have performed for us over the last couple of years. The Infrared Inspections for moisture intrusion and energy loss on the condo and commercial office properties we are called on to inspect have proven time and time again to be amazingly accurate and useful. The promptness and the detail of the reporting system has saved us and especially our clients tens and often times hundreds of thousands of dollars in unnecessary demolition of good construction materials. Infrared inspection has made location of moisture intrusion problems a much more accurate determination; enabling our clients to plan and budget for the prioritization of actual necessary repairs that might be needed rather than the old contractor stand by of better completely strip and re-clap all the siding on all the buildings. And the visuals of the energy loss inspections have been impressive and thought provoking to our clients to say the least. We have tried many techniques over the past years to make such determinations, but the non-invasive Infrared Inspection is without question the most effective and the most cost efficient and accurate method of making such determinations. Our experience with CTI has been more than positive from our first IR inspection, the level of communication and commitment to outstanding service to us and our clients is uncommon to say the least. 5 Cascade Thermal Imaging Larry Stratton Escala is a 32 story, 816,000 ft2 world-class luxury condominium tower in downtown Seattle with 8 stories of below grade parking. CTI responded to my RFP one year prior to the work performed and toured the property. Upon their arrival, CTI was 100% prepared to begin the process. All previously provided PDFs of floor plans, electrical panel schedules and single line electrical prints were already loaded in their laptop computer.
