Facility and Utility piping systems includes, but is not limited to: Utility / Instrument air piping. Utility Natural Gas and LPG piping and networks. Nitrogen piping. Diesel fuel piping. Utility / Potable fresh water piping. Firefighting buried network (CS or HDPE). Firefighting AG piping and hydrants. Deluge and coolant water piping system. Swage and open drain piping systems.

18 Instrumentation Calibration Lab. All Required Equipment and tools are available in the instrument lab. To Cover the site instrument calibration activities Periodical maintenance and Calibration are being performed for ensuring the quality and compatibility of the laboratory equipment and tools, that already have valid signed certificate from the National Institute for Standard (NIS ), Egypt.

19 Instrumentation Calibration Lab To Perform the required Calibration and loop check for all instruments including local instruments, panel mounted instruments. Control and safety valves and foundation field bus devices EGYPTO has very qualified specialist with large experience and latest technology in instruments calibration and troubleshooting for oil and gas projects

20 Fire and Gas Calibration Methodology Toxic Gas Detector : Inject Clean air or 100% nitrogen gas into sensor using a calibration device with proper flow (depend on detector type, MANF. ), to carry zero calibration. Inject standard gas into the sensor using a calibration device with proper flow () for certain time, to carry span gas calibration.

21 Fire and Gas Calibration Methodology Gas Detector : Insert clean air or 100% nitrogen for certain time at specific rate (the rate depend on MANF, Type ) with calibrating tool to carry zero calibration. Insert Calibration gas for 1 minute at the rate of (500mL/min ) with calibrating tool to carry span gas calibration.

33 5:- HSE STUDIES (HAZOP, HAZID & SIL) EGYPTO have two fully qualified HAZOP/ HAZID/SIL facilitators whose experience span the full spectrum of HAZOP studies. The team have managed many full facility HAZOP studies. They have also worked on numerous minor modifications and procedural HAZOPs including drilling and well servicing and intervention operations. EGYPTO s HAZOP team comprise of scribes and independent process engineers thereby enabling EGYPTO to manage the HAZOP/ HAZID/SIL process and deliverables including action assessment and closeout.
