4 ACWMC Expansion: SECURITY EQUIPMENT BID * No manufacturer and/or model number substitutions shall be approved or accepted. * All equipment shall be delieved in One (1), 100% Complete Delivery to the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum (ACWMC) receiving dock. 100% delivery of equipment shall be verified upon delivery by the Equipment Vendor and a Representative of the ACWMC. Partial shipment(s) of above material will not be accepted. INCLUDED * Award of contract shall be to a single Equipment Vendor. To ensure all equipment has been included, all bids submitted shall indicate "Yes" in the "Included" column for each item listed for Vendor's bid to be considered. A blank or "No" in this column shall result in the Vendor's bid as being non-responsive. * Equipment Vendor shall warrant all equipment for a minimum of one (1) year. Any manufacturer warranties greater than one (1) year shall be extended to ACWMC at no additional cost. * In the event of defective equipment within the warranty period, Equipment Vendor shall include in this Equipment Bid any and all equipment repair or replacement costs, as well as all shipping and handling costs from the ACWMC to the Equipment Vendor and in its return to the ACWMC. Equipment Vendor shall also be responsible for all on-site labor cost due to defective equipment during the full term of the warranty.
