6 MILESTONES : Marbo Italia Spa was founded. The main activity was to produce Release Agents and Lubricants for Polyurethane and Alluminum Die casting. Mission : To Develop technologically advanced products. 1986: Acquisition of the Lacquers Division from Mapol. 1987: Developed the release agent for the Rubber Industry. 1988: In collaboration with the UMIST in Manchester UK, Marbo developed Semi-Permanent release agents for Advanced Composite becoming the first and only European manufacturer

7 MILESTONES : Development of the Colour Paste Division for colouring the PU. 2001: Set up a Joint Venture with two business associates, MARBOCOTE LTD, for the development and production of Water Based Semi-Permanent release agents, becoming the first and only European manufacturer : Founded of MARBO AMERICA USA. 2007: Acquisition of Levenit, an Italian Company, in the diecasting business. 2014: We worked with University of Chemistry in Pavia for the development for environmentally friendly products
