4 Carefully read the specifications below to ensure that you are installing qualifying products. All PG&E incentives apply towards the purchase of new or replacement energy-efficient equipment. Used or rebuilt equipment is not eligible, and customers must include proof that the appliances meet all the required energy efficiency specifications. Please note that funding for these programs is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis until allocated funds are exhausted or the program ends, whichever comes first. This program may be modified or terminated without prior notice, and additional terms and conditions apply. For our most up-to-date catalogs, please visit Please visit to get more information on all of our LED incentives. General Requirements Installation address must have a commercial electric account with Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E). All components must be installed and operational before a rebate application is submitted. All new lighting fixtures, retrofit kits, and components must carry the appropriate, designated Underwriters Laboratory (UL) or ETL Label. All installations must be installed in accordance with all applicable local, state and national codes and ordinances. Please attach the invoice and manufacturer s specification sheet to each application documenting the characteristics of lamps, ballasts and fixtures. In all cases, the wattage of the replacement fixture must be less than the wattage of the existing lamp. The maximum replacement fixture wattage listed in the table for each category is typically associated with the highest lamp wattage in that particular range. Customer installations that are randomly selected for inspection may be required to provide a site map or acceptable overview of locations noting where the products are installed. 2 Apply or check the status of your rebate online through erebates at For more information and for the most up-to-date catalogs, visit or call our Business Customer Service Center at
