2 Analysers: Specific supply reference list in a tabular form of those supplies where Analysers are in one year successful operation in similar application (like Refinery, Petrochemicals, Pipelines, Gas processing etc.) for each type of analyzers in combination with respective transmitters assembled, manufactured, tested, inspected and supplied. Supply references must include the following details in addition to other details as per format A,B,C available in Annexure XVI (duly notarized/certified by statutory in line EIL terms and condition Clause 3.0 along with relevant documents ): a. Details of sample handling system Submit performance feedbacks, only from those end users, which are referred in the supply references as per above. Test Reports:- Typical calibration report as well as test report for each type of Analyser for which enlistment is being sought. Type Test Certifications:- Type of protection (Safe area/ intrinsically safe/ flameproof) and Statutory certificates for Transmitters with EExd / Intrinsic safe operation with valid approval from Chief Controller of Explosive (PESO) India. Typical recommendation for detection range of each type of Detectors. Confirmation that all Detectors shall be provided with dust guard & splash guard. Responsibility matrix chart, indicating your scope, other suppliers and their location, place of Machine Monitoring System (Vibration Monitoring System) Details of supply references of supplies made, for last three years, as per format A,B,C available in Performance feedbacks from end users in Hydrocarbon Industry (like Refinery, Petrochemicals, Type test Reports Test reports for tests such as EMI/RFI Immunity etc., carried out on offered Vibration Monitoring Systems, witnessed by any independent Third Party Testing Agency. Documentary evidence of having satisfactorily executed projects in the past, giving details of items/software package involved, scope of responsibility, completion certificate, performance feedback. Technical Information/Engineering drawings /Datasheet Following information for System software as well as for associated Man Machine Interface (MMI) software, for DCS/SCADA/TSS/TAS (Wagon/ Rail loading & Truck/ Road loading): a. Detailed technical literature/ catalogue etc. b. Software title & version no. c. System architecture d. Technical capabilities/ features e. Operating systems on which the TAS/DCS/ SCADA system software & associated MMI software can work f. Communication protocols supported g. Redundancy handling features h.
