Submit manufacturer's specifications, installation instructions, and general recommendations for each major product required. Include data substantiating that products to be furnished comply with requirements of the Contract Documents. C. Selection Samples: For initial selection of colors and textures, submit manufacturer's color charts consisting of actual product pieces, showing full range of colors and textures available. PRT 2- PRODUCTS 2.01 EXTERIOR SIGNGE. Manufacturer/Product: Gemini Incorporated; 1. Sizes: a. Letters: 16 gauge Flat Cut Metal letters. b. Colors/patterns: 1) Letter/number style: 8" Helvetica. Provide for up to 4 number characters to be determined by address. 2) Color as selected by rchitect. c. Mounting: Stud, separated from surface by 1/2 inch. 2. Substitutions: See Section Substitution Request INTERIOR ROOM SIGNS (OUTSIDE OF TOILET ROOMS 129 ND 140 ONLY). Graphic Braille Signs, multi layered acrylic with raised copy and braille. 1. Sign size: 8 by 8 inches. 2. Graphics: International symbols for unisex use. 3. Lettering: 5/8 inch high, raised 1/32 inch, with Number 2 Braille coding. 4. Color: Selected by rchitect. PRT 3- EXECUTION 3.01 EXMINTION. Verify that surfaces to receive letters and signs have been finished, and that finishes are dry INSTLLTION. Install letters and door signs in accordance with manufacturers printed installation instructions. B. Locate exterior signs as required by the City of Columbia for addresses. C. Verify exact location of accessories for installation. C. Provide blocking, reinforcing plates, and concealed anchors in walls and ceilings where required for mounting PREPRTION Deliver inserts and rough-in frames to site for timely installation. B. Provide templates and rough-in measurements as required INSTLLTION Install accessories in accordance with manufacturers' instructions in locations indicated on the drawings. B.
