If you didn t have the opportunity to attend last year s event, the Dublin Unified School District s Annual 5k Run/Walk is a fun, family event that promotes the Wellness, Bullying Prevention and Character Education programs which enable our students to become positive young adults with integrity and good character. All funds raised from this event support the above programs at our schools. During the event, we also host a Wellness Fair where local business can secure booth space to showcase and highlight their services or products. This venue provides opportunity to gain visibility in this local market and the East Bay region. Please plan adequately in your preparation to meet the needs for this volume of people. On-site parking is available and sponsors will be able to load in and out near the event Finish and Registration area. Event booths are encouraged to be show-ready to begin interacting with participants and attendees by the time registration opens at 6:30 AM and cleared by 12:00 PM. 5 Waiver Agreement Upon registration acceptance to the Wellness Fair and SeeDubRun 5K Color Run/Walk in Dublin, CA, I/we hereby waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for damages for personal injury, death or property damage which I/we may have or which hereafter may occur to me, as a result of participating in this activity. This release is intended to discharge in advance the Dublin Unified School District, the City of Dublin, Dublin Integrity in Action, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising out of or connected in any way with my/our participation in said activity, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the Dublin Unified School District, the City of Dublin, Dublin Integrity in Action, its officers, volunteers, and agents. It is further agreed that this waiver, release, and assumption of risk is to be binding on my/our heirs. I/we agree to indemnify and hold the Dublin Unified School District, the City of Dublin, Dublin Integrity in Action, its officers, employees, and agents free and harmless from any loss, liability, damage, cost or expense which they may incur as the result of my/our death, injury, or property damage that I/we may sustain while participating in said activity.
