While quoting the rates it may be noted that this tendering process with sole discretion of bank management may or may not be applicable for the for Indore, Ujjain, and Khandwa zones also. Tender issued on Last Date of submission of Tender Up to 1500 Hrs on Date of opening of Tender At 1600 Hrs on Earnest Money Deposit Rs.15,000/- To be remitted only through DD/Pay Order in favour of Bank of India, payable at Bhopal. 2 NOTICE INVITING TENDER The Zonal Manager, Bank of India invites sealed tenders for Supply/Installation of new fire extinguisher & Refilling of existing fire extinguishers at the branches and offices of Bhopal Zone in the state of Madhya Pradesh from the manufacturers/authorised dealers/ Suppliers who fullfil the following mandatory condition/requirements. 1) Must have an established office at least a) In Madhya Pradesh b) c) 2) The firm must be at 10 years old in the same field of business. 3) Must have valid sales tax number 4) PF registration (If applicable) 5) ESIC Registration (If applicable) 6) Must have filed income tax return at last 03 (Three) years 7) The firm must have a minimum turn over of Rs. 10 lakh per year for the last three (03) years. 8) Must have necessary ISI Certificate in case of manufacturer and the valid dealership certificate in case of Authorised Dealer/ Supplier of ISI certified fire extinguishers. 9) The firm must be having at least two (02) running contract with PSU preferably Bank s (In the state where ZO is located). 10) The rates quoted shall be valid for next 03 years. N.B. a) The relative documentary proof in respect of above conditions/requirements should be enclosed with tender without which the tender will be summarily rejected. The vendors fulfilling the above conditions may apply in TWO BID SYSTEM i.e. Technical Bid and Financial Bid interested vendor may either collect the Tender Forms from the above address at payment Rs. 1000/- in the form of Pay Order or download the same from Bank s website and submit it along with technical bid. Vendors may submit the tenders only in desired format in two envelops as explained above so as to be submitted to Chief Manager, CSD, Bhopal Zone by 0300 p.m. on Submission of Tenders in any other format will not be entertained and will be summary rejected.

3 Note 1. The earnest money deposit of the all unsuccessful bidders will be returned within a period of 30 days from the date of opening of the financial bid. However, in case of the lowest/successful bidder backing out from the terms & condition mentioned in this tender or refuses to honor this tender, the earnest money deposit will be forfeited. 2. Bank reserves the right to cancel one or all tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever. The envelope for Technical Bid shall be super scribed TECHNICAL BID FOR SUPPLY/ INSTALLATION & REFILLING OF FIRE EXTINGUISHERS and shall contain the following 1) Earnest money amount through DD/Pay Order in favour for Rs. 15,000 /- in favour of Bank of India, payable at Bhopal. 2) Information as per Performa Technical Bid Annexure I Form A. The envelope containing Financial Bid shall be super scribed FINANCIAL BID FOR SUPPLY/ INSTALLATION AND REFILLING OF FIRE EXTINGUISHERS and shall contain the following - 1) Rates for supply of new fire extinguishers and rates for refilling of fire extinguishers as per Annexure III form B. 2) Rates of spare parts per unit as per Annexure III Form B. 3) The pay order of worth Rs. 1000/- in favor of Bank of India payable at Bhopal. (For those who collect the form from Zonal office this fee has to be deposited in the form of Pay order while collecting the form itself) Please note that only the rates for supply/ installation & refilling will be considered for deciding the L-1. The rates for the spares shall be negotiated with the above L-1 on the basis of rates quoted in all the financial bids. Deputy Zonal Manager
