5 INSTALLATION GUIDE IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION: Please read all the instructions below before installation. Make sure that the supply voltage corresponds to the rated product voltage. The product must be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with the National Electrical Code and corresponding local codes. If the product is damaged, do not use it. INSTALLATION STEPS SURFACE MOUNT 1. Affix the mounting brackets to the ceiling/wall Remove screws of the end-cap. 3. Pull out the end-cap. Insert the power cord into a hole. 4. Connect black wire to line (hot), white wire to neutral, green to ground. Close the cover and tighten the screws of the end-cap. 5. Affix the fixture to the ceiling/wall by mounting brackets SUSPEND MOUNT 1. Affix the hanging sets (does not supply) to the ceiling.. Fix the mounting brackets to hanging set with the screw. 3. Remove screws of the end-cap. 4. Pull out the end-cap. Insert the power cord into a hole. 5. Connect black wire to line (hot), white wire to neutral, green to ground. Close the cover and tighten the screws of the end-cap Affix the fixture to the hanging cets.
