3 FCD-G.703, FCD-V.35 and FCD-X21 Configuration This chapter explains the operations that are performed when configuring the FCD. 1 Introduction Note RADview-HPOV provides a complete solution for monitoring and controlling the FCD-G703, FCD-V35 and FCD-X21. In this chapter, FCD refers to the FCD-G703, FCD-V35 and FCD-X21, unless otherwise noted. 2 Opening the FCD Application To open the FCD application: Double-click on an FCD icon on a map. To open the application, communication must be established with the Agent. A message window announces that this is happening. If communication is established, the message window closes and the FCD window is displayed. If communication is not established (the application cannot be opened), a message box appears displaying the following message No communication between NMS and Agent. Click OK to close the window.
