3 PROJECT No.2 Supply, installation and commissioning of SW platforms (OSS/BSS/NMS) GNC-ALFA CJSC (Rostelecom Armenia) Dec on-going In order to support the Armenian telecom operator s demand for new multimedia applications a special software platform (OSS/BSS) was supplied, installed, integrated. Thus provision and activation of important features on the fly, add bandwidth, bill for content, track customer usage, monitor service performance, and ensure revenue capture have been achieved.
