THIS ADDENDUM FORMS A PART OF THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS TAKE PRECEDENCE OVER ANY CONFLICTING CONDITIONS IN THE DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS. See supplemental drawing P2.14 ADD6 ELECTRICAL GENERAL / CLARIFICATIONS 1. For clarity the electrical contractor is responsible for the purchase, installation, and wiring of all hand dryers shown on the documents. 2. The electrical contractor is responsible for conduit and boxes only for all voice/data outlets. 3. Bessemer Utilities will be responsible for the installation of Light Poles PL1, PL2, and PL22. The electrical contractor shall be responsible for the raceway infrastructure as called for on Sheet E1.02. Sheet E0.03 Electrical Details 1. Add Auxiliary Entrance Riser to sheet. See supplemental drawing E3.03A-ADD6

At Enlarged Pool Equipment Room Electrical change GFCI receptacles to Weatherproof-GFCI While-In Use type Receptacles. Sheet E1.02 Electrical Site Plan 1. Sheet re-issued in its entirety. Revisions have been clouded. Sheet E1.03 Baseball Field Lighting 1. At Baseball Field #1, change Fixture Tag for B2 (XRL) along first base line to B1 (XRL) Circuit shall homerun to Contactor BB1-B1 via pull boxes BB1-PB2 and BB1-PB1. Sheet E1.06 Concessions Building 1. Add connection to electric unit heater in Storage #401. Connect to 20/2 Breaker Panel P-CB1#14,16 with 3#10, 1#10G-3/4 C. Sheet E2.01 First Floor Plan - Block A Lighting 1. Provide (2) Type S3 fixtures in elevator shaft (one at top and one at bottom) for maintenance. Provide 3-way switch adjacent to each to turn on-off. Connect to lighting circuit in adjacent janitor storage closet with 2#12, 1#12G-3/4 C. Coordinate exact location with the elevator supplier prior to any roughing. Sheet E2.05 Second Floor Plan Block F - Lighting 1. Lighting Control Panel LCP shall be located adjacent to Panel LP2 in Electrical Room #210. Provide 120 Volt control power from Spare 20/1 Breaker at Panel RP2A. Sheet E3.01 First Floor Plan Block A - Power 1. Connect GFCI receptacles at Men s #103 and Women s #104 to Panel RP1A# Provide (2) GFCI receptacles in elevator shaft (one at top and one at bottom) for maintenance. Connect to panel RP1B#35. Coordinate exact location with the elevator supplier prior to any roughing. 3. Add (4) ceiling mounted receptacles at Strength #125 for TV power. Connect to 20/1 Breaker at Panel RP1B#35 with 2#12, 1#12G-3/4 C. Verify exact location with the owner and architect prior to roughing. Sheet E3.02 First Floor Plan Block B - Power 1. Connect electric water cooler in Pool #120 to 20/1 GFCI breaker at Panel RP1B# At Equipment Connection Schedule, connect EUH-1D to 15/3 Breaker at Panel RP1A#44,46, At Equipment Connection Schedule, connect EUH-1E to 15/3 Breaker at Panel RP1A#50,52, Provide Connection to DCU-1 in Telecom Room #110A. Unit receives it power from CU-1 located on roof. Provide 2#12, 1#12G-3/4 C. through 30/2 disconnect and connect each end as required. Sheet E3.04 Second Floor Plan Block F - Power 1. Homeruns and control wiring for motorized backboards to go through Raise-Stop-Lower switches (furnished by manufacturer). Switches to be installed and wired by the electrical contractor in Storage Room #141. Provide all conduit and wiring as required for a complete functional backboard as intended. Typical of 4.
3 2. Provide 120 Volt Power to fusible link at fire shutters located at walking track. Connect to Panel RP2A#33. Verify all wiring requirements with fire shutter supplier prior to any work. Sheet E3.05 Roof Plan - Electrical 1. At Equipment Connection Schedule, connect EF-7 to Panel RP2A# At Equipment Connection Schedule, connect EF-8 to Panel RP2A#51. Sheet E4.01 First Floor Plan Block A - Auxiliary 1. Provide fire alarm smoke and heat detectors in bottom of elevator shaft. 2. Add (4) single gang ceiling mounted outlet boxes with 30-0 of 1 C stubbed to Corridor #C2 above ceiling for TV cable connections. Verify exact location with the owner and architect prior to roughing. Sheet E4.02 First Floor Plan Block B - Auxiliary 1. Add smoke detector in Telecom Room #110A above fire alarm control panel. 2. Add fire alarm speaker strobe device in Corridor #C3 on wall adjacent to Conference Room #112. Sheet E4.04 Second Floor Plan Block F - Auxiliary 1. Provide fire alarm smoke and heat detectors in top of elevator shaft. 2. Smoke detectors shown on each side fire shutters shall be interlocked with the fire shutter fusible link as required. Provide all control wiring, fire alarm relays, and fire alarm control/monitoring zams as required. Sheet E5.01 Single Line Diagram 1. At Transformer TX-DP1, change system ground connection from #2 to #1/0 2. Change feeder from Switchboard MSB-1 to Transformer TX-DP1 to 3#4/0, 1#4G-2 ½ c. 3.
