1 List of Recognized Testing/Certification Agencies (RTA)s registered with the Office of the Communications Authority for Provision of Testing Services Recognised Testing/Certification Agencies (RTA)s are agencies competent to perform evaluation of telecommunications equipment and Industrial, Scientific and Medical equipment against the technical standards or specification prescribed by the Communications Authority (CA). Other than the registered RTAs listed in the following table, the CA also recognizes some other testing/certification agencies as RTAs.
