22 A House Fire Example A fire starts in a home. Someone calls Dispatchers gather information. Roseville and Lake Johanna Fire Departments are alerted. Roseville Engine 631 and Medic 610 with a crew of 5 arrive in 3-4 minutes and begin the size-up. Within 2 minutes, Roseville Fire Chief Officer arrives and establishes an incident command post. Within 8-12 minutes, firefighters who responded from home arrive with a second fire engine and ladder truck. In the same timeframe, Lake Johanna arrives with fire engine and chief officer.
