Once light or people presence will be detected light will dim up to 100% Tube will return 20% after time delay setting expired. time setting 5 sec- 15min

13 13 FAQs What if I don t know how to install tube and sensor? Don t worry please visit. you can check installation video, detailed user manual, other product related information Substitube Connected Tube EM works with CCG or ECG? Connected tube is EM tube. Does not work with ECGs and need direct mains rewiring How do I identify whether tube is paired with sensor? Once it is paired tube will blink once and then dim down to 20% level. Please set value of daylight threshold and time delay threshold properly. Can I control dimming level? No, only 2step dimming 20% or 100% What will be the right sensor choice for my installation? Please consider detection area and ceiling height. Please see slide 8. Example: Warehouse, Factory. Connected Sensor HB will be the right choice since it can detected from 12m ceiling How do I install group installation with one sensor. Please follow the user manual. Press paring mode and install tube one by one. In case tube is already installed and do the pairing mode ( power cycle) is required due to nature of sensor. Switch off /on and then tube will start pairing What is the maximum quantities sensor can handle? 50pcs Does sensor work with other zigbee based product? Yes, it works but our goal of this project is to simply the process and easy installation and easy maintenance. No need to do controlling with smart phone like Lightify My customer is asking whether tube can also switch off? Yes, after pairing with sensor and tube are done please press 4times. If there is no people presence tube will switch off in 15min ( excluding time delay setting time)
