5 Safety & Security 1. Your safety and the security of your personal property are of the utmost concern to us. 2. Do not answer the door in your hotel room without verifying who it is. If a person claims to be an employee, call the front desk and ask if someone from their staff is supposed to have access to your room and for what reason. 3. When returning to your hotel late in the evening, use the main entrance of the hotel. Be observant and look around before entering parking lots. 4. Close the door securely whenever you are in your room and use all the locking devices provided 5.Do not needlessly display key cards in public or carelessly leave them on restaurant tables, or other places where they can be easily stolen. 6. Do not draw attention to yourself by displaying large amounts of cash, expensive jewellery, cameras, etc. 7. Do not invite strangers to your room. 8. Place all valuables in the safe or in a safety deposit box. (Provided at the reception) 9. Do not leave valuables in your vehicles. 10. Ensure that sliding glass doors or windows, and any connecting room doors are locked. 11. If your see any suspicious activity please report your observation to management. 12. When requiring taxis, use only hotel taxis or those called by hotel staff. 13. Do not walk alone in streets, particularly after dark.

6 Fire Precautions Please read the fire precautions displayed at the back of your room and remember where the fire exits are situated on your floor. In case of fire or any other emergency, contact the switchboard on extension 0 immediately and leave using the nearest exit. DO NOT PANIC. DIAL 0. Safety Precautions 1. Please study the emergency plan on your door. 2. Fire hydrants and extinguishers are available and clearly marked in the corridor. All rooms are equipped with smoke detectors. Safety & Security 1. If the smoke is thick, crawl along the floor where the air and visibility is better or return to your room. 8. When heated up, the doors will expand to prevent smoke from entering your room, If there are any gaps use a wet towel. 9. Protect your head and the rest of your body with wet towels. The towels can also be used as breathing protection. 10. Call the emergency crews' attention by standing by the window or making noise to attract their attention for help.

7 The Fire Test 1. The fire alarm system is tested on a regular basis. The alarm will ring for few seconds and will then be silenced whilst the system is re-set. 2. You will receive notification prior to us testing the alarm. 3. If you discover a fire locate the nearest internal phone and dial 0, or activate one of the fire system break glasses. 4. If you use a phone, clearly state the location of the fire giving the room number nearest to the fire situation as a reference. 5. Once the alarm system is activated, an alarm will automatically be relayed to the fire panel from your exact location. 6. Do not fight any fires. Leave the building by the nearest fire exit and proceeding to the designated assembly point which is located after the guest car park in the open games' field. 7. What to do when you hear the alarm? If the fire alert system is activated, the alarm will sound for few seconds. The Hotel's fire team will investigate the alert, and on completion of the investigation, the fire system will be reinstated. Evacuation If after the initial alarm and investigations by the Hotel's fire team, there is a need to evacuate the building, the alarm will ring continuously. You must leave the building immediately using the nearest fire exits.
