1 The MN Chapter of ASHRAE Presents: 2016 Refrigeration Seminar Tuesday, February 9, 2016 Location: 2801 Snelling Avenue North. Roseville, MN Rose Vine Hall Banquet Center Cost: $100 for all chapter members, $130 for all nonmembers and student members are FREE! Registration includes a continental breakfast, lunch, chapter business and 4 presentations. 4 PDHs will be issued. Mr. Vallort s presentation is recognized by the AIA. The cost of lunch, chapter meeting, and luncheon speaker is only $35 for members, $50 for nonmembers. Vendors: Tabletops will be $300 which includes one lunch and $150 for ASHRAE research. First come, first served with vendors as there is a 6 tabletop limit. Reservations: Please sign up and pay on-line at by Friday, February, 5 th 2016 if you plan on attending. 3 ASHRAE Distinguished Lecturer RONALD P. VALLORT, P.E. President, Ron Vallort and Associates, Ltd. Ponte Vedra Beach, FL / Elmhurst, IL Ronald P, Vallort, P.E., President of Ron Vallort and Associates, Ltd., an engineering, building, refrigeration and food processing consulting firm. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois with BSME and MSME degrees in Mechanical Engineering and started employment with Swift and Company, then worked for a major design firm and several design build contractors before starting his own firm. Ron has more than 45 years of worldwide experience and is a recognized expert in refrigeration systems and refrigerated buildings and has published articles, given seminars and presented papers worldwide on topics that include: plant design, sanitation, refrigeration, the Cold Chain, and energy efficiency. Mr. Vallort also acts as an expert witness in areas of refrigeration and building design, plus meat and food refrigeration, and processing. Ron has served as the International Society President of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), Chairman and Honorary Life Member of the International Institute of Ammonia Refrigeration (IIAR), President of the International Association of Cold Storage Constructors (IACSC), past Vice President of the D-1 Commission of the International Institute of Refrigeration (IIR), and is an ASHRAE Fellow. He is a member of the International Association of Refrigerated Warehouses (IARW) and has been involved in all aspects of refrigerated warehouses and food processing facilities.

4 Joe Dudley Regional Sales Manager KE2 Therm Solutions, Inc. Joe s education and experience includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering Management from the University of Missouri-Rolla and over 13 years of HVACR industry experience. Joe s work history includes various sales and engineering roles at Sporlan Valve Company, Tecumseh Product Company, and KE2 Therm Solutions. During this time his has held the positions of Sales Engineer, Regional Sales Manager, and Senior Application Engineer. Currently Joe holds the position of Regional Sales Manager for KE2 Therm Solutions, Inc. in Washington, MO.

5 Ralph Vergara Honeywell Prior to joining Honeywell, Ralph was the technical sales manager with Ritchie Engineering for 15 years. He engineered and designed commercial recovery equipment and automotive refrigerant recovery, recycling and recharging equipment for Ritchie. Ralph joined Honeywell Refrigerants in 2013 Professional credentials: Certification for Section 608, Licensed Proctor for EPA 608 Certification, Holds U.S. Patent on a Refrigerant Control Valve, Member of Interior Climate Control Committee for SAE, Published articles in RSES Journal: Guide to Effective Refrigerant Recovery and What You Need to Know When Recovering 410A.

6 Keith Pyatt RSE LG Electronics, USA, Inc. CAC Division, Central Region Keith has over 35 years experience in the HVAC industry. He is a 1980 graduate of BIT, St. Louis, MO. Served on the North American Technician Excellence Technical Committee (NATE). He has 20 years of field experience in the servicing and installation of commercial and residential HVAC equipment in both new construction and replacement markets. He also has experience as a Service Manager, Certified Trainer and Call Center Manager. Keith entered the VRF market with Daikin in 2010 as Account Manager and joined the LG Electronics team in 2014.
