4 Month of April, 2013 Date Reported: 04/07/2013 Time Reported: 3:27 AM Incident #: N/A West Thomson Fire Alarm Smoke Alarm Activation Officer responded in reference to a fire alarm. The officer met with the subject who lived in the room. The subject had just gotten home from work and was getting ready to take a hot shower when the steam of the hot water set off the fire alarm. Officer found where two subjects had burnt cupcakes and also taken the batteries out of the smoke detector. Complete and Referred to the Winthrop University Judicial Board. Date Reported: 04/21/2013 Time Reported: 7:20 PM Incident #: Phelps Hall Fire Investigation Officer met with the victim in reference to her crack windshield. After further investigation it appears to have been a small fire at the fuse box. The fire caused portions of the dash to melt. There was no sign of smoke or flames.
