3 Vision & Mission Vision: Today, fortunately, awareness permeates among more and more people that WE only borrow this earth from future generations. Therefore, we all are looking for solutions and products that are sustainable and in balance with nature and our environment. The demand for these solutions and products, which strengthen, improve, activate and support nature structually, will increase. The future of healthy soils and vigorous plants has begun through awareness. Mission: Bio-Trio is committed to growing healthy soils and vigorous plants and works to help minimize our Environmental Footprint. Therefore Bio-Trio developed a wide range of innovative sustainable organic fertilisers, that enables its customers to achieve their vital goals and that strengthen, improve, activate and support nature stucturally. Bio-Trio is committed to build and maintain long-term vital relationships with all of his partners. Page 3 of 35

4 Minimizing the Environmental Footprint The wide range of organic raw-materials, that Bio-Trio uses, are selected based on the principle of cradle-2-cradle ; organic material we receive from nature, we give back to nature. We use many types of organic raw-materials ensuring that nutrients are released as necessary to serve as nutrients for plants. This guarantees a steady, continuous release of absorbable nutrients. Which results in vigorous plants, better turf ground cover, deep green turf colour and less mowing. All Bio-Trio organic fertilisers are produced with solar energy, CO₂-neutral. Bio-Trio fertilisers production process does not require any water and discharges or water pollution are avoided. Bio-Trio organic fertilisers are free of animal manure. Bio-Trio uses only top-quality sustainable proteinsin the production of its organic fertilisers. Bio-Trio organic fertilisers leach a minimum of nutrients, due to the fact that we add the appropriate zeolite to our organic fertillisers. Zeolites 3D-structure acts as a sponge that holds cations and water molecules until they are required by plants. The added zeolite improves the soil structure permenantly. Bio-Trio s Zeolite-line is rewarded, on the scale of A (very sustainable) to G (little sustainable), with a sustainability label A +. Bio-Trio organic fertilisers are packed in PE-HD 25 kg bags and pallets are wrapped in PE-HD shrink film. Bio-Trio uses only FSC-labelled paper. Details do matter. Bio-Trio innovates, naturally. 7 Bio-Trio fertilisers extensively tested by STRI (UK). Results which make you score. STRI is appointed by FIFA and UEFA as an official consultant to evaluate the quality of natural grass football fields. STRI employes 70 experts and is an independent authority when it comes to the testing and evaluation of sporting fields used for football, cricket, rugby, tennis etc. and golf courses. For additional information go to: Bio-Trio has tested its organic sports fertilisers extensively with STRI. The aim of the trials was to assess the effect of Bio-Trio fertilisers on football turf quality and wear tolerance. Trials were run from October 2010 through May 2013 in Bingley, UK (the home of STRI). The following Bio-Trio organic fertilisers were tested; Fertiliser: Bio Spring MgO+10 zeolite Bio Pre-Seed HF+10 zeolite Bio Sport MgO+10 zeolite Bio Autumn MgO+1 Fe+10 zeolite Conditions for this STRI football field tests: Type of grass: 100% Perennial ryegrass Grass cut at 2 cm Grass cuttings removed Simulated football wear was applied using a differential slip wear machine equipped with football boot studs. Among others, experts assessed: Turf Ground Cover Turf Colour Score Turf Sward Height. On a scale of 0%-100%, during the test period, all Bio-Trio fertilisers were awarded with an average of 80% on live grass cover (see live grass cover table on page 2). Remarkable is the effect of Bio Pre-Seed. After fertilising with Bio Pre-Seed, live grass cover scored 93% (see live grass cover table on the next page). Page 7 of 35

8 live grass cover- Turf colour of all Bio-Trio fertilisers scores an average of 8,3 on a scale of ,0 9,0 8,0 7,0 6,0 5,0 4,0 3,0 2,0 1,0 0,0 -turf colour- Also, grass height growth gave very positive results. This is due to the fact that Bio-Trio fertilisers have a quick start, function for a long period of time and are formulated for slow release of nutrients to plants. Generally, grass growth, during the 6 month growing season, was very slow. Which means that fields fertilised with Bio-Trio require significantly less mowing. Knowing that an average score, for a good sports field throughout the year, is a seven, we can proudly say that Bio-Trio fertilisers scored very well on all aspects. As you can see Bio-Trio fertilisers produced a significant improvement in turf colour depth, overall ground cover and turf tolerance to football-type wear. My opinion of the Bio-Trio fertiliser range is that they have worked very well with regard to release of nitrogen for the maintenance of football turf growth and resilience to football wear.
