The Liriope should be removed and two Cotoneaster to match the exiting plants should be installed. The Liriope can be relocated to existing beds on site. $100 1A. The bare area along the wall should be planted with a ground cover such as Liriope i spicata (to match Liriope at hillside). See Photo #1 $ Four Acer platanoides Columnare (Columnar Norway Maple) trees have dead leaders and are in very poor condition. The trees should be removed and replaced with four Columnar $5000 Norway Maples, cal.. The replacement trees will be much smaller than the existing trees due to the restricted planting space. 2A. The dead wood in the Maple trees and other trees throughout the property, that can be reached with an extended pole pruner, should be N/A removed by Spring Gardens. 2B. The Maples should receive deep root fertilization treatments in the fall to improve their overall health. The treatments should be administered by a certified arborist. $ The Maple trees, as well as other trees throughout h t the property, should be clearance pruned three feet from the building. Some of the branches are beyond the contractor s reach and therefore should be pruned by an arborist (i.e. Care of Trees) $2,500
