3 ATTACHMENT 1 OVERVIEW OF PROPOSED WORK DESCRIPTION is requesting approval of the final engineered landscape design of the site changes to be constructed this spring at the Reevesland property (see Attachments 2a and 2b). HALRB approved the submitted landscape plan on May 17, 2017, Certificate of Appropriateness (CoA 17-11), which illustrated the planned site changes to the Reevesland property (see Attachment 3a and 3b). The site changes are required in order to record the Unified Residential Development Plat, approved by the County Board in September 2015, and to sell the farmhouse as a single family home. The final design conforms with the approved concept plan with the exception of minor changes to the parking pad design. The changes are described below and shown in Attachments 2a and 2b. A) Planting bed width, between house and parking pad, increased from 2' to 3' because of the existing underground old tank and pipes. B) The shape of the overall parking pad has been simplified to more easily accommodate the underground drainage under the porous paver portion of the parking pad. C) Parking pad will be overlaid with one size and color of paver, as previously shown on the approved plans. The paver subsurface will be concrete with mortar joints within 10 feet of the farmhouse and will have a gravel subsurface to accommodate the porous pavers and required drainage for the remainder of the parking pad
