Having said that, a comprehensively illustrated book on eir subject can be a good investment if you interested in giving it a go yourself. Gardens Free: a Propagation Hbook Gef Bryant David Bateman Ltd (NZ) This is a small book but packed with inmation. re is a bit usual stuff about, why you propagate pests disease. re also three quite extensive tables showing common propagation methods, germination requirements division required a large list edible ornamental plant species. re is a section on propagating rhizomes, tubers, corms bulbs a chapter on less common advanced propagation such as layering, propagation using spores, budding grafting. Also ed is getting started with seed, caring seedlings collecting storing seeds. book has a few drawings but nice colour. How to Propagate Plants Lorenz Kurz Ure smith (Summit Books) (AUS) This book s propagating from seed, growing on transplanted seedlings with majority rest book ing taking growing cuttings. inmation provided is pretty generic but re is a table in back ing process specific ornamental. re some drawings but black white. 5/5
