1 SATURDAY HORTICULTURE SHOW, AUGUST 25TH ADULTS & JUNIORS (16 & UNDER) WELCOMED IN ALL CLASSES TREES, SHRUBS, PLANTS AND FLOWERS Entry Fee $1.00 In Section A as many entries as desired may be made in each class providing each is a different variety and is so labeled. Labeling varieties of a class increases their value in the judging process. Please use work tables for set-up. All exhibits must be in place by 8:15 A.M. SHARP Saturday morning. Plants may be removed Sun. night between 9-10 pm. These classes will be judged by Horticulturists. Containers supplied by the Fair. The exhibitor will provide container for classes 164, 171, 172, 174, 225 and 176. Any evergreen tree or shrub bearing fruit or cone, cutting not to exceed 30" main branch length. Only One (1) branch 147. Any deciduous tree or shrub bearing flower or fruit, cutting not to exceed 30" main branch length. Only One (1) branch 148a. Coleus 8 to 10" pot - single plant in terracotta looking pot. No more than 3 entries per entrant. Plants must be growing in a pot minimum 6-8 weeks. 148b. Coleus 10 to 14" pot - in terracotta looking pot. Three or more (mixed or same variety). No more than 3 entries per entrant. Plants must be growing in a pot minimum 6-8 weeks. 149a. "Garden in a Mailbox"- Plant a garden in a mailbox container of your choice. Please use appropriate liner to avoid leaks. Plants must be growing in container for a minimum of six weeks. Please use standard size mailbox not over sized. ONE entry per exhibitor. 149b."Arrangement in Mailbox" - Your choice of cut flowers in a mailbox container of your choice. Please use appropriate liner to avoid leaks.
