Our services consisted of topsoil sampling and analysis for the above referenced site. SCI conducted a topsoil survey on September 11, 214 and October 1, 214. Out of the 42 targeted sample sites requested by Farnsworth Group, 29 were collected. Some areas designated for construction in the Phase I master plan, such as the lodge, cabins, and amphitheater, only have moderate amounts of topsoil available. Topsoil may need to be impotied from surrounding areas on or off site. The northwest parking and tent camping area contains the most available topsoil amounts, greater than 5 inches. Areas such as the overlook and service area contain little to no available topsoil. The attached report should be read in its entirety. 5 Topsoil Survey X CAMP ZOE SHANNON COUNTY, MISSOURI 1.. INTRODUCTION SCI Engineering, Inc. (SCI) was retained by Farnsworth Group Inc. (Farnsworth), to conduct a,topsoil survey at the above-referenced site. Services provided included sampling and analysis for amendments on typical turf grass growth at Camp Zoe in Shannon County, Missouri. As authorized, SCI sampled and analyzed topsoil at 42 sites on September 11, 214 and on October 1, 214. Samples were taken every 5 linear feet (LF) except in areas indicated by Farnsworth as pristine glade, which occurred after station 1+. Out of 42 sites, 29 contained topsoil to be collected and analyzed. Not every site had topsoil and was therefore not sampled. Our services were provided in general accordance with our electronic correspondence dated September 9, 214 and authorized September 1, SITE LOCATION The site is located at the nmiheast corner of State Route 19 and County Road 19-25, approximately 1 miles nmih ofeminence, Missouri (Township 3 Nmih, Range 4 West, Sections 7 and 8). 3. TOPSOIL SURVEY AND TESTING An aerial figure of sites sampled and respective topsoil depths is included as Figure 1. Topsoil depths are indicated for each sampling site, with 13 sites containing to 2 inches, 13 sites containing 2 to 5 inches, and 3 sites with greater than 5 inches of topsoil. Topsoil samples were taken using a hand shovel to approximately the B horizon or until refusal. Approximately 1.5 cups of soil were collected and placed in "Ziplock" bags. Soil samples were sent to the University of Missouri, Columbia for analysis. Topsoil was tested for the following: ph, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium, sodium, organic matter, neutralizable acidity, cation exchange capacity, soil texture, particle size analysis, and topsoil depth. Recommendations are suggested per individual site. Application of gypsum is suggested for sample sites S-13, S-14, S-19, S-2, S-26, S-36, and S-38. Application of limestone is suggested for sample sites S-23, S-24, S-27, S-29, S-34, S-35, S-37, S-4, and S-42. Estimated ph in water is also given for each sample. For cool season low maintenance turf, application of one pound of nitrogen per 1, square foot in late April to May and again in early September is recommended. The application of sulfur on established turf should be no more than

Table 3.1 below summarizes topsoil depth, salt ph, phosphorus (P), potassium (K), soil texture, and permeability for each site containing topsoil. CONCLUSION During our topsoil surveys on September 11 and October 1, 214, 29 of the 42 targeted sites were sampled and analyzed for their chemical and functional characteristics. Sites with topsoil depths greater than 5 inches, S-12, S-15, and S-7, only occurred in the northeast portion of the property in the area designated for camp parking and tent sites. Some of this topsoil may be scraped and used as fill or as topsoil for revegetation elsewhere onsite. There were 13 sites with topsoil depths 2 to 5 inches as indicated in Table 3.1. Sites were located throughout the property with the majority of sites near the center of the property. Topsoil depths were moderate to low in the center of the property. The Phase I master plan indicates that large construction projects such as the building of a lodge, cabins and an amphitheater are planned for this area. Depending on the area, moderate to little amounts of soil are available for use in this area. The area designated for playground/adventure play and picnic shelter also contains moderate amounts of available soil. The remaining 13 sites had topsoil depths of less than 2 inches as indicated in Table 3.1. These sites were also located throughout the property. The area designated for the overlook in the Phase I master plan contains little to no topsoil. Construction in that area will likely need imported soil. The service area in the northern most side of the propetiy also contains little to no topsoil. 5. LIMITATIONS This report has been prepared for the exclusive use of Farnswotih Group, the State of Missouri, the USACE, and MDNR. SCI is not responsible for independent conclusions or recommendations made by others. Futihennore, written consent must be provided by SCI should anyone other than our client or the aforementioned agencies wish to excerpt, or rely on the contents of this report. The findings of this report are valid as of the present date of the delineation. SCI is not responsible for surveys, calculations, or plans that were prepared by others. Changes in surface and subsurface conditions of a property can occur with the passage of time, whether due to natural processes or the works of man on this or adjacent properties. In addition, changes in applicable or appropriate standards may occur, whether they result from legislation, the broadening of knowledge, or other reasons.
