Especially Bobbie - who worked through many monetary transactions w/ my mortgage company and patiently explained the process me. And Jeffrey - who... Initial contact representative (Emanual) LIED from the start! In writing stated UB only used employees roofing jobs - FALSE, subs are used! Owens Corning products are not worth a dime, unless home owner provides supervision and oversight of the installation process...ever hear of not using "step flashing"? Page 1 of 6 report. Universal Builders solicited me to repair my roof. They did an effective job of working with my insurance company to get the proposal approved. They worked with me to accommodate my schedule so that I would be off work when they started. However, I had problems with the crew replacing the shingles. It... Overall I was very pleased with our experience. Jesse was fantastic from start to finish, taking time to answer all of our questions bee, during, and after completion and following up whenever was necessary. Occasional communication of progress of the job3. Absence of QC person most of the job This was a very unexpected meeting with Universal Builders. We were unaware we had significant hail damage on our roof. They explained every part of the process and had paperwork in hand to make the process with our homeowners easy. The crew was professional. My only criticism was we were told our... Universal Builders DID NOT follow any of my instructions or requets regarding notifying me ahead of time when workers would arrive. I have a special needs dog and asked that they would let me know the day bee they arrived to work on the roof so we could medicate her. At 6 am in the morning there were... The actual roof removal & replacement went as planned. There was a delay in installing the gutter covers and that crew showed up on a Saturday when my wife and I were out of town with no prior notice.
