About the services: The following service providers have expressed their interest in offering their services to the Frenchman Reserve homeowners. Most are licensed and insured but the individual homeowner is responsible to assure themselves that their documents are current. The names and pricing information contained herein have been compiled from the information given to us from past users. Current quality and pricing should be thoroughly reviewed before contracting. Homeowners have the ability to receive discount pricing by grouping the work with neighbors. Important Note: This collection is for informational purpose only. Publication of this information does not constitute any recommendation for services. This information has been compiled on the basis of referrals from other Frenchman s Reserve homeowners who have indicated that at the time of their engagement with a specific contractor or service provider, the homeowner was satisfied and pleased with the services rendered. At all times, individual homeowners should exercise their own due diligence in determining if a service provider is the right choice for the job. Homeowners should consider, among other matters: State and/or Municipal licenses, contractor s liability insurance, contractor s workmen s compensation insurance, references from prior customers of the contractor and, certainly, before beginning any work that might alter the exterior of any home or alter any aspect of the landscape surrounding the home, the homeowner must properly apply to the ACC committee for approval.
