Lynn, MA Jul 17, 2018 My wife and I like how wonderful our home looks with its new metal roof!we also commend the crew: Tom, Alex, Vald, and others, who busted their buts to deliver a completed project in just a few short days between downpours. They were always polite even though the weather conditions weren't ideal. I am so pleased with the quality and appearance of my new metal roof...these people know what they are doing and they do it very well. Have one installed you won't be sorry. Excellent product, professionally installed, that met or exceeded our expectations. The crew had to deal with a brutal heatwave during our job, but their permance was consistently high and diligent from start to finish. Based on our experience, we give Classic Metal Roofs a very strong recommendation. Mine was a long distance project, so the extent of revision of the underlayment of my mer cedar roof was not clear until the crew arrived. The workers were not just workmen. They were true craftsmen and took pride in what they were doing in creating the structure our protection. Not only is it protecting us, but it is also beautiful! Being a contractor myself (Total Property Services LLC) the people I use are a reflection of by business as well. This company I would recommend to anyone even considering a metal roof. There product is terrific, the sales on point with true transparency, and one of the best most attentive crews I have... The work was incredible and the crew that dismantled our new roof and built a new one was amazing and professional. My only issue was with the communication from Classic Metal Roofs regarding scheduling. Very professional down to earth company that I would highly recommend. I paid upfront a report of my leaking roof by another company. Was told 3-4 days to complete. They showed up a week later than promised. I received the draft report 2 weeks later than promised, littered with typos, I called the owner of the company who initially refused to speak to me or schedule... The guys who did the installation are experts and were quick to overcome each obstacle to stay on schedule. They were also very professional... Hampstead, NH Dec 09, 2016 From pre-sales, through project management and install, I was very happy. Everyone was attentive and knowledgeable. The project was permed almost entirely by Vlad and Alex. The quality of their work was excellent. I never realized how time consuming and Intricate the work was installing a metal roof... Our roof was installed a couple of years ago and so far it has surpassed expectations. Not only does it look extremely good (better than the shake shingle material we used to have), but it has maintained its "new" look even after several severe winters. We have received many compliments on the roof... They were easy to work with. The job was done well and it looks beautiful. They do excellent work and have great communication. Mike and his Company are top notch. These guys are quick moving, highly professional, do what they say there going to do, and are accountable. Their communication is excellent.
