I am pleased with customer service and the quality service. It was outstanding. I was really pleased with the whole process. The guys who came out to do the work were amazing. Our roof appears to be properly installed, however, there were several plants around our home that were crushed during installation, several (at least 10) cigarette butts were found throughout our yard, down spouts were clogged with roofing nails, and we continue to find roofing nails in our yard and... We were very pleased with the entire staff. They did an excellent job. Their staff is very, very professional. They come on time and do everything professionally. Leesburg, VA Roofers did unprofessional job of flashing at the front porch (highly visible to the public), Gutter installers broke a flag pole mounting bracket on one of the twin front porch posts and told my husband to "just switch it with the other one". Gutter installers also put a nail directly through cable... They did an amazing job!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY The only surprise is the way they present their product -- Long Roof comes to your home with samples you to select. AND they explain their product thoroughly. Be prepared to learn a lot. Roof repair/replacement isn't as clean and easy as I originally thought. I had three estimates. While Long... Untunately, the company was not very responsive to questions I had after I signed the contract. For example, I needed tarping while I waited the roof to be replaced. They were timely and communicated well throughout the entire process. Thanks doing a great job on my new roof! The roofing experience was outstanding from the initial visit by the sales representative and throughout the entire installation process. The work was done very professionally and care was taken to protect our shrubs and gutters. Team of guys were very organized and professional. Evan was very kind, and went out of his way to help us. They brought a large enough crew to get it done in one day. They were terrific. I cannot say enough good things about them. Teresa Butts and Long have always been professional, cost-effective and they always deliver an excellent product. I already recommend them to everyone I know and I'd do it again. I'm hoping to use them again in the very near future! They are very very good. They have a good public relations and human relations. I would recommend them to anyone. Their work was professional and awesome. Their cleaning up was unbelievable and I would recommend them to anyone. The contractors hired by were not careful in removing the roof shingles. One glass window had a deep long scratch and 5 window screens were cut/damaged/punctured when shingles/roof materials were thrown from above during the removal process. Took many weeks bee the repairs were done. arrived on time. Everything about the process was done to perfection. There wasn't anything that I had a question on that wasn't taken care of.
