Take steps now to ensure your home is checked regularly during your absence for vacations or extended periods of time. Our Home Management service offers you the assurance that while you are away, your home will be protected and cared for above and beyond a drive-by offered by your neighbors or a family member. There can be many issues with the weather we have here in Virginia, thunder storms and ice storms often cause power outages and damage. We will work with you to create a customized Home Management Plan that suits your needs. We will send you an report after each visit. Below are items we can include in your plan: Check for any exterior signs of trespassing, intrusion, vandalism, and weather damage. Remove all newspapers and flyers from front door/driveway area. Bring in mail/papers. Ensure all doors and windows are secure. Proper operations of appliances. Inspect interior ceilings, walls and floors for obvious water damage. Check home heating fuel level. Run faucets, shower heads, tub spigots, toilets, ensure no visible leaking. Water plants, put out trash. Anything you feel needs attention. If weekend/evenings are needed, there will be a $10.00 additional charge for the 1 st visit and then a $5.00 additional charge per visit after that. Area restrictions apply. Additional per visit fees for travel and/or if gas prices are at or above $3.00/gallon: $ $15.00 in most cases.

8 How it works Give us a call, fill out our website contact form, or drop us an . We offer first time clients a free 30 minute consultation either in person or on the phone to determine your needs. We ask for at least 24 to 48 hours to accommodate you better. Home maintenance and repair work is priced separately. Methods of Payment: Personal Checks, American Express, MasterCard and Visa. There is a $25 return check fee if check is not honored. All client accounts must have a credit card on file with us unless other arrangements have been made. Your privacy will always be maintained. Mileage charges apply for any job outside of our 10 mile radius. Our mileage fee outside of a 10 mile radius is billed at $.55 per mile. Service fees do not include the cost of any merchandise/items purchased or picked up parking fees, tolls, or any goods or services charged by a third party vendor. Cost of extra fees/services must be paid upon completion of services. Inclement Weather: If weather conditions are hazardous we reserve the right to reschedule to the next business day or when weather conditions improve. Hourly rate is subject to change. Typical hours are Monday Friday between 9:00 AM 5:00 PM, surcharges apply for services after business hours. Insured and Bonded
