Our engineers tapped into the groundbreaking studies performed by the Canadian National Research Council, which emphasized flat frequency response, wide dispersion and low distortion in a great loudspeaker s DESIGN. We then translated those findings into four major design principles that we ve applied to all of OUR SPEAKERS.

Episode speakers maintain their wide dispersion and flat frequency response even when off-axis, ensuring that the sound energy is consistently dispersed, resulting in natural, room-filling sound. LINEARITY // Linearity is a speaker s ability to maintain its sound energy regardless of playback volume. A linear motor and suspension system allows for sound to be faithfully reproduced at higher and lower levels, without warping or distortion. RESONANCE FREE // Reducing transference of motion from the motor to the rest of the speaker assembly improves musical precision and delivers more pleasant sound.
