Besides these, the stage is largely decorated by 5 curtains that are hung in moving bars (battens). And there are three small curtains to create the palace. By changing the height of the bars the stage switch between the sea world and the world up above. We use a hazer and smoke machine. And also two bubble machines in the auditorium. 3 To be provided by the venue Crew Load-in / load-out: 1 light technician, 1 sound technician, 1 stagehand and stage manager. Show: stage manager / bar operator (for moving the battens) Sound The sound system should be able to deliver a level of 96dB weighted (undistorted) throughout the seating area. The system should consist at least of main left and main right, center, sub, front fill and delay. The company provides a digital mixer (FOH position) and 5 wireless microphones (stage). The sound operator will control the system from an in house position. We cannot work with closed sound booths. Light It is agreed that the minimum lighting equipment in as stated in Pre hang plot The Little Mermaid by Theater Terra (LX 1,2,3,4) needed for the full setup will be made available at the presenter s / venue s expense. All equipment should be hung, gelled and in working order prior to the arrival of the company. Theater Terra provides a lighting console with DMX output which is operated from the FOH position. See attached file for light plot. Cyclorama White, cyc. Cyc light colors: Lee 106, Lee 124 and Lee 195. (When four syc colours available, 2x L195) Masking The venue shall provide sufficient soft goods to mask the side stage, electrics and backstage according to the masking plan. When available we use a black scrim in front of the cys lights. We also use the front curtain of the venue. Orchestra pit Not needed for this production. Marley Black marley or black stage floor needs te be in place in advance of load-in. FOH position Light and sound will be operated from the FOH in house position by the company technician. 3/8

4 Intercom At the FOH position and venue / stage manager. Dressing rooms 2 dressing rooms, equipped with shower, toilet, sink, mirror, cloth towels and AC. Wardrobe The company will need access to 1 washing machine and 1 dryer. Rehearsal In case of performance on multiple show days, Theater Terra requires access to the stage and dressing rooms 2 hour before show time in order to rehearse, preset and warm up. Security The presenter must ensure the cleaning and daily maintenance of the stage. Generally, 1 hour before the scheduled rehearsal or show call. Maintenance The presenter must ensure that the theatre is secure and the company s equipment (set, tools, personal possessions) are safe and attended during the run of the production. 4/8
