7 With brushed steel handles as standard, our Lift & Slide patio doors allow natural light into the room space, with slim frame sightlines and panel widths of up to 3m high x 2.5m wide. The sliding panel door operates within its own twin or triple track so no additional space is required outside or inside your home. Simply turn the handle through 180⁰ to raise the door on its track slightly and allow the doors to move smoothly on their stainless steel wheels and tracks. 7

KAT s Aluminium Art Deco Doors are the ideal solution for heritage applications such as a listed building renovation, retaining the slim lines of a buildings original steel doors with all the benefits of modern energy ratings, the strength of aluminium and high security. Choose from a single door or French doors, with vertical and horizontal bars, slim 59mm sight lines and a Lever/Lever door handle to closely replicate Art Deco designs, whilst keeping your home warm and secure. 11

13 This beautifully crafted range of aluminium entrance doors make a real statement, combining aspirational, contemporary styling with PAS24 enhanced security. Thermally efficient, high security, distinctive and virtually maintenance free, our aluminium entrance doors can incorporate double-glazed side panels and top lights. They are called French Doors because they originated in France, designed as windows you can open and walk through like a door. French Doors should only be installed as occasional doors, they should not be specified as front or main entrance doors. For tall, slim openings for example in a bedroom, inward opening French Doors are ideal as they will create a wide opening - which matches up perfectly with a KAT glass Juliette balcony. 15

Arch-headed windows are often specified to maintain a building s traditional aesthetics, with window handles in a choice of 3 designs; traditional Art Deco, Monkey Tail or Bulb End in a wide range of colours and finishes. 21

23 Svarre Glass-to-Glass Frameless Sliding Doors are stunning! When the doors are closed, all that you can see from outside is a seamless glass surface with a beautiful coloured border which is baked into the glass and will never fade. As the doors slide open, one door slides in front of a fixed panel. The internal frame is hand-built using extremely high-quality heartwood timber without knots, with a very tight ring formation and high tensile strength. This can be painted any colour or be naturally finished to highlight the beauty of the grain. 23

25 When the door is closed, all that you can see from outside is a seamless glass surface with a beautiful coloured border. The internal timber frame is sourced from the highest grade of Scots Pine. Grown in the Arctic, its quality is determined by extremely slow growth, coupled with ideal soil types. The raw material comes from well-managed, sustainable forests and can be painted almost any RAL colour or be naturally finished. Svarre Single doors should only be installed as occasional doors, they should not be specified as front or main entrance doors. 25
