14 ELLEN CHEEVER CMKBD, ASID, CAPS MATTHEW PATRICK SMYTH Award-Winning Designer Since 2010, Jenn-Air has been pleased to partner with Ellen Cheever. For 42 years, Cheever has been redefining the kitchen and bathroom for North American consumers and industry professionals. Since Cheever designed an innovative concept kitchen for the Jenn-Air display at the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show she has hosted a series of on-line webinars sponsored by Jenn-Air, a live in-person CEU event in select markets, and a two-day immersion experience at Jenn-Air s corporate training facility in Chicago. We are proud to have Matthew Patrick Smyth as a contributing expert for our Master Class Series. Smyth is an award-winning New York designer and principal of his own firm, where he specializes in residential design. His awards include the Stars of Design Award for Interior Design, ELLE DÉCOR s Top 25 A-List and New York Spaces Top 50. ERIC RIPERT Chef ANTONY TODD Designer Eric Ripert is the chef and co-owner of the New York restaurant Le Bernardin, which ranks 18 on the S. Pellegrino World s 50 Best Restaurants list. The celebrated restaurant holds three stars from the Michelin Guide, a 29 food rating from the 2011 Zagat Guide, the highest of any restaurant in the city, and has upheld a four-star review from The New York Times for over two decades. Master Class contributing expert Antony Todd is founder/owner of Antony Todd, Inc., which has retail stores in New York and Istanbul. Antony is known for the refined and far-ranging aesthetic of his interior design, floral design and event productions. Antony s work has been featured internationally in numerous design publications. 15 DONATELLA ARPAIA Restaurateur Master Class contributing expert Donatella Arpaia is a New York restaurateur, chef and cookbook author who studied at the French Culinary Institute and the Italian Culinary Academy. You can also see her culinary talents on display on the Food Network where she has served as a recurring guest judge on Iron Chef America and The Next Iron Chef. Arpaia has opened a series of highly acclaimed restaurants in New York and Miami. In 2010, she was named Hostess with the Mostest by Zagat. CURTIS STONE Chef Curtis Stone is an internationally known chef, TV host, entrepreneur, New York Times best-selling author and chef-owner of Maude in Beverly Hills. His cooking philosophy is centered on the use of fresh, seasonal ingredients treated simply. He has appeared on a number of top-rated cooking programs, most recently starring as a mentor on Food Network s All-Star Academy and is host of the Network s brand-new show Beach Eats.
