3 Built in 1922 in the Crescents neighbourhood in Regina, this home was designated as a Heritage Property in This couple loved their home but yearned for more closet space and a luxury master bath retreat. We reclaimed the spare bedroom adjacent to the master bedroom to create a walk in/through closet with an adjoining luxury bath. The bathroom features a large, custom tiled shower for two with double shower heads, a custom vanity with double sinks, side by side toilet and bidet, heated towel warmer, and heated tile flooring. Marble tiles in various size and patterns combine with soft white cabinetry and a soft grey wall colour to create a restful feel that remains bright and fresh. Tall, turned legs on the custom vanity with double sinks add to the heritage look and style of the space. The cabinet hardware became the "jewelry" for our cabinets. 4 When I first met this home owner, a folding camping chair and an old tv were the only two pieces of furniture in her lower level family room. She wanted to create a stylish new living space in the lower level where she could unwind, entertain friends, and watch television occasionally. She wanted an open, airy and light feeling space that felt more like a main floor than a dingy basement. A layered, white on white colour palette was chosen to create a fresh, clean and bright colour palette to build on. We accentuated this neutral palette with multiple patterns, textures, shapes and sheens, then added an overlay of mixed metallic finishes. Together, it creates a wow effect that is both contemporary and timeless. A custom tiled electric fireplace with tv above is the new focal point which centers the furniture grouping in the room. 6 This young couple loved their existing home and its location but needed more room for their growing family. Their vision was to extend the second floor over the garage to accommodate the space needed to add another bedroom and a bonus room. Their goal was to seamlessly blend the new exterior into the existing and to give the interior a modern update The original current second floor layout had to be re-evaluated with the addition. It was determined that the existing bedroom #3 would be turned into the bonus room and the addition would house the upstairs bedroom #3 and #4. 7 This room renovation project was a 3,125 sq. ft. renovation that included 940 sq. ft. of additional space.
