3 THE SOUL OF THE BUILDING IS AN OPEN STAIRCASE How the open-plan staircase serves you You are at the heart of the action. You see and sense life around you. Walls don t box you in. An open space encourages you to look at things from fresh perspectives. And when there are no unnecessary blocking walls, you can enjoy natural light all day. You do useful exercise without noticing it. The mere sight of the staircase encourages you to take more steps. Build your office on two floors You can devote the upper level to quiet work and calm corners. Use the lower level for a reception desk, lounge or a conference room in which to receive clients. A shared space enables communality Meet new people on your breaks. Each break area is uniquely designed and is an open, shared space for all building users. Keep track of what others are up to. The floor-to-ceiling digital wall tells you about the building users energy levels and encourages you to take breaks. 4 A WORKING ENVIRONMENT THAT BRINGS A GOOD FEELING TO EVERY DAY A change is as good as a rest Move from one zone to another and work at different workstations during the day. For larks and owls The lighting in the building changes according to usage and the time of day. The same space can be the venue for invigorating morning coffees and cocktails after dark. Exercise within easy reach How does a lunch workout in the gym, an after-work yoga lesson or some pullups in the corridor sound? The spaces encourage you to exercise and have an active working day. Zones of the ground floor Multi-functional Active Relaxation Creativity, interactivity and communality are strong trends in office design. The shared spaces, which are designed with enjoyment in mind, encourage people to be interactive and can easily be adapted into library corners, creative idea spaces and open-plan offices. You can also bump into other people in the coffee rooms between floors. Attractive to guests, too This attractively designed office building is suitable for corporate hospitality. Our meeting rooms can be adapted to small or large groups, or even to a mini-seminar. The hotel, ready in 2020, will be able to look after your guests accommodation needs. 4

6 SERVICES: A DAY AT SWING As a building, Swing is both smart and pleasant. We have invested in services to make your working day as hasslefree and seamless as possible. 12:47 Anssi parks in the Swing carpark. He spent the morning at home with his children and has made a couple of work calls on his drive in. 13:00 Anssi welcomes his client in the Swing lobby and takes him to lunch in the canteen, where a quiet corner table has been reserved for their meeting. 14:15 Anssi sees his client out and takes care of the top-priority work matters over a cup of coffee in the canteen. 15:00 Anssi takes part in a mindfulness exercise in one of the multifunctional spaces. 15:15 The session ends and Anssi goes to his office. He stops to chat with colleagues in the coffee room on his floor. 15:30 Anssi goes to a quiet corner to make some calls. 17:00 Idea meeting with two colleagues over mocktails in the lower-level lounge. 18:30 Evening event with clients in the lounge. 20:00 Anssi goes home. 8:07 Mari cycles into the Swing yard and parks her bicycle in the cycle park for the day. 8:15 Quick shower. 8:30 Breakfast in the lobby. The food is planned to keep people alert and full until lunchtime. 9:00 Mari s working day begins in a quiet work space, where she does the things that require concentration. 11:30 Ideas workshop in a shared space with her team. The walls of the room are completely drawable surface and the interior encourages people to move about instead of sitting. 13:00 Lunch in the lower-level canteen. Mari chooses a nutrientrich wok from the lunch menu. 13:30 The working day continues with a meeting in one of the conference rooms. Mari presents her latest ideas for a development project on the room s digital wall. 15:00 Mari gets a coffee in the coffee room on her floor and exchanges a few words with someone from a neighbouring company. The chat gives her a new idea for her development project. 15:15 Mini-seminar in one of the shared spaces. Mari is one of the speakers. 16:45 Mari s had a busy day; she goes to one of the building s multifunctional spaces for a yoga lesson. 17:30 Mari leaves work to cycle home.
