The build-out required an upscale atmosphere to compliment the high-end stores. Project architects found it in Belbien. Large structural columns were wrapped in metal cylinders and then covered with a fine wood Belbien profile. But to maintain design consistency, this Belbien profile was installed throughout older parts of the mall such as on other structural columns, the food court, and wall panel systems. 5 SW-118 Belbien was applied to the interior walls to create an upscale aesthetic while providing increased durability. SW-112 This dark woodgrain was added to complement the oversized ceilings and provide contrast to the room. W-212 Belbien was applied to this partition to add character to the room at a costeffective price point.

6 WB-402 & PR-263 WB-402 was added to the rear wall to give the restaurant a contemporary look. PR-263 was used inside the fixtures to give a sharp yellow accent color. BR-392 & W-392 The elevator doors were covered in the BR-392 (brushed metal) and the walls were resurfaced with W-392. VARIOUS WOODGRAINS Various Belbien woodgrain patterns were used to create an artistic wall divider for this salon.

7 W-280 This woodgrain profile was installed on the conference room walls to create a professional environment and match the existing furniture. SW-93 Belbien was installed around the mirrors and on complementary walls to renovate the bathroom s interior while allowing for easy cleaning. SW-52 This woodgrain profile was installed on the walls of the waiting room to create a strong first impression for customers.

9 SUSTAINABILITY Belbien Architectural Finishes are environmentally friendly in that existing substrates (e.g. doors, walls, panels, furniture, etc.) are reused and recoated rather than being discarded in favor of new substrates. The US Green Building Council no longer rewards the avoidance of PVC products for this reason.
