2 CINEAK originated in 1999, when a European-based custom electronics integration company was in need of luxury home theater seats for an exclusive private home theater. Unable to find anything worthy for this project, a team of Belgian designers was contacted to develop a chair with an exquisite design, while focusing on the comfort and luxury of the seat. After many months of further refining the design and prototyping of the chair, a new and innovative product was born... the FORTUNY Deluxe chair. As a result, Cineak was founded with a mission to provide custom designed home theater and lounge seating products that blend technology, aesthetic elegance, comfort, luxury, and the finest materials with quality craftsmanship. With offices in Belgium and the United States, Cineak s products are available through an extensive network of world-wide authorized dealers, representing a true global family-owned brand.

3 AESTHETIC DESIGN - Design is not just a fashion instrument for CINEAK, but a corporate philosophy, and management tool. All our designs are contemporary, innovative, and timeless. CINEAK seats are primarily functional, comfortable, and ergonomic. During the concept phase, each model is assessed for its aesthetic quality, compatibility with surroundings, visual coherence, and personalization options. Our designs are exclusive to the brand, they are designed in-house and in conjunction with world-renowned designers. Our product offering is a result of many years of research, development, and applying new design concepts to traditional luxury seating products. Throughout the development and production process the following key factors are considered in order to provide a reliable and satisfying product while ensuring years of enjoyment. Aesthetic design combined with comfort, luxury and craftsmanship ULTIMATE COMFORT - In addition to aesthetic design, our products encompass a high-level of comfort through attention to ergonomics. The use of different foam densities combined with quality materials, European leather/upholstery, German engineered motors and drivers, and steel reclining mechanisms, are a few additional touches that guarantee the best in quality. Our seats have zigzag seating support and webbed backrest support for ultimate comfort and durability. Continuous testing ensures that our products meet the toughest standards in quality and longevity. LUXURY - The extent of customization and personalization of our products coupled with the amount of options that can be added defines a new level of luxury seating. Whether it is changing the height of the backrest, having different seating widths, mixing leather/fabric colours and materials, adding electronic lumbar support, or controlling the reclining of the chair from a control touch panel, these are just the beginning to the flexibility offered, and lead to a luxurious experience. 4 redefining custom theater seating The FORTUNY theater chair was created to fit a luxurious home theater. It s concept is unique in many aspects. The combination of leather upholstery, varying stitching finishes, ergonomic shapes, wood veneer, and an independently controlled reclining mechanism, give this chair its elegant look and sublime comfort. 5 Careful attention has been given to the overall comfort of this chair. Ergonomics have been thorougly studied during the design and development process. High quality foam with different densities in combination with zigzag seating support and webbed backrest support are used to create a comfortable and soft feel which maintains a proper balance for ones body. A steel frame and reclining mechanism ensures a smooth operation now and in the future. The independently controlled reclining mechanism allows the user to adjust the backrest independently from the footrest, giving the user full freedom and the ability to adjust the chair to a position that fit one s body structure. The articulating headrest is a necessity to ensure ultimate comfort while viewing a movie in the reclined position. It gives the neck support needed, and guarantees a perfect viewing angle to the filmscreen. THE FORTUNY INCLINER: The FORTUNY Incliner is designed to accompany the original FORTUNY Deluxe chair. The mechanism allows you to save space behind the chair and enables you to position the seat closer to a wall. All other aspects in regards to comfort and design are kept the same. The chair comes with our dual motorized mechanism, and an articulating headrest to ensure ultimate comfort while viewing a movie in the relaxed position. images courtesy of listenup

6 features Fine European pigmented and semi-aniline leathers, available in 3 leather grades ranging in 50 colours. A wide selection of quality fabrics, or customer upholstery options is available. Reclining mechanism is available in manual pneumatic or dual motorized versions. Both manual and motorized systems allow for the backrest and footrest to operate independently from one-another. Yellow Oak wood Veneer A black or silver push button control module for operation of reclining mechanism is seamlessly integrated into the armrest. By pressing the reset button, both foot- and backrest return to their original position. Red Raised backrest with articulating headrest allows for desired viewing condition with optimized head and back support. Brown Natural Hand-cut premium HR foam cushioning combined with zigzag springs and webbed back support promises years of comfort and performance. Custom made to order allows for a range of personalization to fit individual taste and home theater design requirements. Wenge Grey Armrests are available in oak or cherry wood veneer, finished in 8 standard colours. This allows the chair to blend into any theater environment. 7 The NÉRO chair is a result of the success of our Fortuny chair. Besides having upholstered armrests, this chairs features the same design and comfort characteristics as our Fortuny chair. Available in a recline or incline mechanism this unique product can fit into any home theater layout. It s unique dual motorized system allows you to control the backrest and footrest independently, giving you full freedom on how you would like to adjust your seating position to watch a movie. A reset button will move the chair back into its original position. The articulating headrest will ensure proper head and neck support for hours of enjoyment while being in the recline or incline position. néroincliner & recliner

8 Classical design with comfort and luxury This fully upholstered seat is built with the same reclining mechanism as our flagship product, the FORTUNY Deluxe, offering the same flexibility and comfort. The steel frame and reclining mechanism ensures a smooth operation now and in the future. Our reclining system, available in dual motor or manual pneumatic version, allows you to adjust your backrest independently from the foot rest, giving you full freedom. An articulating headrest provides neck support while reclined, and guarantees a perfect viewing angle to the filmscreen.

10 TIMELESS DESIGN WITH HISTORICAL ROOTS The Bruges chair, is named after the enchanting and classical city of Bruges. This canal-based city, located in the province of West Flanders in the Flemish Region of Belgium, is often referred to as The Venice of the North. It s architecture reflects its splendor during the medieval era of Western Europe. The Bruges chair features a steel motorized incline mechanism. The lower back allows for acoustical freedom, while not loosing the necessary support. For those who need extra support, an optional headrest is available. 11 Design in partnership with James Theobald: Working alongside most notably Theo Kalomirakis, James felt the need to design a more classical chair for use in their projects. A timeless design was sketched and together with our master craftsman, the Bruges chair was created. Beautiful piped stitching follows the chair curves, while the back cushion is detailed with tufted buttons to complete the look. The seat offers comfort from a zigzag seat support and a webbed backrest, for hours of enjoyment.

12 INSPIRED BY THE OPULENCE OF THE PAST The DITO club chair is inspired by 19th Century English chairs found in clubs where members engaged socially in deep philosophical conversations with like-minded folks. The DITO club chair presents a personal getaway for engaging with guests, reading a book, relaxing or enjoying your favorite show or movie. The DITO club also brings back the seating arrangements found in private screening rooms of the 1930s. The DITO club chair has a unique built-in motorized mechanism, which creates a smooth long comfortable footrest. A zigzag seat support and a webbed backrest combined with high quality foam makes the DITO club very comfortable for hours of enjoyment.

13 Designed as a stand-alone chair, the DITO club chair can also be configured into rows of seating using connection tablets. Curved or straight rows with floating tablets between each seat provide a sensible place to put drinks, snacks, remotes, etc. The armrest of the DITO club features solid Afromosia wood combined with ebony wood inlays at the front and back. The DITO club chair is available in our Pilot leather, a unique full grain, drum-dyed silky Nappa leather, with a wax/oil finish, and in our standard leather grades.

14 Bringing versatility to the home Theater INTIMO Comfort, flexibility, design and much more... This unique sectional sofa adds a new concept in seating for the home entertainment environment. Due to its modularity, numerous seating layouts can be built. Comfortable rows can be transformed into lounge beds with ease. Depending on the number of people, you can mix and match to create more or less seating with the same amount of units. The INTIMO sofa is made from upholstered bases with pocket springs to give ultimate comfort and support. The seating and back cushions are a combination of high density polyurethane foam and natural goose down. This creates a comfortable and cosy chair with a soft feel. The seating cushions are available in a soft and medium- soft version. The INTIMO consists of modular bases that allow you to choose between 1, 2, 2-xl or lounge seats to create different configurations. Arms and backrests can be applied on every seat, some seats or none - you decide. The back cushions are available in different versions and enable you to create the most comfortable seating positions. 21 CINEAK Acoustic Design panels In many home theaters today, we see inproper or no acoustical treatments. It is generally known that the best way to improve the sound quality in a room is through placing acoustical elements. No matter how good your speakers are, when the room does not allow good sound, they will never perform as they should. With CINEAK acoustic design panels you will be able to create a better sounding room, while simultanuously decorating the walls using a collection of quality fabrics. CINEAK acoustic absorption panels are decorative boards which work acoustically by absorbing both low and high frequencies. Using our panels will improve the quality of your entertainment and living room. They offer an attractive solution to improve tonal balance, movie dialog intelligibility, and to minimize sound reflections. As our absorption panels are used to reduce flutter echoes which are caused by repetitive reflections between hard parallel walls, using too many of these panels may produce an acoustically dead space. For this reason we created the diffusor panel, to provides flutter echo control as well as bass absorption. Using these on parrallel walls converts small rooms with flat parallel surfaces into functional spaces with good speech intelligibility, sound quality, and a natural, comfortable ambiance. Since these panels are finished the same way as the absorption panels, you will not be able to tell the difference, allowing a uniform designed room. OUR eco-friendly SOLUTION Our environmentally friendly acoustic panels are produced without emitting formaldehyde or other toxic gases. Safe for the environment, safe for us! When using these panels, no protective equipment is necessary. It does not scratch or abraid when handling and does not cause any itching of the skin. Its acoustic qualities are excellent, and are better for home cinema use than your standard fibre glass acoustic panels.
