2 STOREFRONT MATERIALS LIGHTING STOREFRONT: EVOLVE YOUR SHOP TO DELIVER AN INNOVATIVE EXPERIENCE. 4 SIGNAGE INTERIOR TECHNOLOGY SIGNAGE: INCORPORATE YOUR BRAND MESSAGE WITHIN YOUR FACADE. One primary sign (DBA only) per store Primary sign to be internally illuminated for best visibility Secondary signage or logo allowed on demising wall Third party branding must be set back at least 10 from the lease line

Utilize a mixed palette of materials to create a rich visual experience All materials are to be architectural grade Brake metal must not exceed 5% of storefront finishes Select renewable, sustainable, and locally sourced finishes where possible
6 VISUAL MERCHANDISING: PRESENT YOUR PRODUCT IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. The display window is your opportunity to capture your audience Allow for clear sightlines into the sales floor Encourage your shoppers to journey through the entire space Wall fixtures to be set back a minimum of 3 from the storefront glass
7 SIGNAGE INTERIOR TECHNOLOGY INTERIOR: CRAFT A MEMORABLE EXPERI- ENCE FOR ALL THAT ENTER YOUR SANCTUARY. Coordinate flooring, ceiling and walls of the sales floor to create a fully immersive environment Quality finishes are to be used for all fixtures - slat wall is not permitted Point of sale counters are to be set back a minimum of 10 from the lease line Fitting rooms should incorporate seating, suitable illumination, adequate hang bars, large mirrors and perhaps a refeshment Conceal access to the back of house from customer view
8 STOREFRONT MATERIALS LIGHTING LIGHTING: SET THE MOOD WITHIN YOUR SPACE BY VARYING ILLUMINATION. Implement a mix of general, accent, and task lighting Track lighting and ceiling mounted elements such as speakers, cameras, people counters, exit signage, and emergency lighting must be recessed Confirm that all merchandise is properly illuminated Engage a professional lighting consultant to implement illumination and achieve Title 24 code requirements
9 FLOORING & CEILING: ENVELOP YOUR MERCHANDISE WITH TEXTURE, PATTERN AND COLOR. Define zones within your store with a quality mix of flooring finishes Mall paving to the door closure and in exposed areas behind the lease line (for interior shops) Tenant branding inset into recessed entry vestibules with landlord approval Maximum ceiling height must be retained for a minimum of 10 from the lease line Vary ceiling heights, finishes, colors and textures
