1 ETIHAD GRAND FINAL DAY BRUNCH Drawing inspiration from the JAK Creative Club House Collection. Features a large format floor decal and the door way is framed with traditional timber pedestals with custom plaque graphics and bronze urns with boxwood balls. CENTREPIECES: Centrepieces are a combination of two designs to create visual interest throughout the room. The Trophy is on a clear riser with customised award plaque sticker and coloured ribbons. The illuminated lantern features custom graphics and event details. STAGE: Finished with a trim of boxwood hedging and feature custom suspended signage.

2 ETIHAD CORPORATE SUITES MENU LAUNCH Black acrylic pedestal with graphic designed decal. FOOD STATION STYLING: Custom risers with graphic finish to represent the different cultural regions, designer vases with bright spring inspired blooms. FURNITURE: Furniture selected to match the Etihad brand and style of event. Layout was designed for optimal traffic flow through the food stations and corporate suites on display.

3 VIC UNI CONFERENCE EVENING EVENT CENTREPIECE DESIGN:: Custom graphics applied to JAK Creative s illuminated lantern design. Design integrates the event brand with the event communication in a dynamic graphic. Mirror base and tea light votives amplify the design and reflection of the graphic. LUNCHEON TABLE DESIGN: Luxury linen transforms the feel of the room and is finished with bright arrangements in low vases of spring inspired blooms.

4 T20 WALLS: Walls of the Grand stand were measured and fitted out with custom graphic walls to isolate the event space. FLOORING: Custom carpet was fitted to the space that was both on-brand and durable enough to last several events. FURNITURE: Furniture was selected to match the brand and event communication. CUSTOM DETAILS: Hire bar was fitted with custom fascia to match the event brand. Custom fencing was designed and manufactured to compliment the space and create an exposed VIP experience

5 AUSTRALIAN TRAINING AWARDS Pedestals with custom decal graphics to brand the event. Huge floral arrangements of golden James Storey Orchids filled sleek silver urns. CENTREPIECES: Centrepieces were all golden on mirror bases to reflect the design and lighting. Tall fluted vases feature sprays of James Storey Orchids and other centerpieces featured decorative golden hurricane vases, gold candle stands and clear contemporary tea light votives. STAGE: Stage was custom designed and built by an external supplier.

6 FOOTBALL - KIA Custom black carpet with white broken lines to represent a road. CENTREPIECES: Timber box with custom designed and printed trim filled with synthetic turf insert and Sherrin football. TABLE DESIGN: Turf Charger Plates, Essendon FC desk flags for each place setting and branded napkin bands. FOOD STATION: Branded tiered food station with custom turf tops and turf risers featuring team flags and glass cloches with Sherrin footballs

7 MYLO XYOLOTO CUSTOM DETAILS: Using the venue s existing furniture JAK Creative designed details to reflect the look and feel of Coldplay s Mylo Xyloto Tour. Illuminated lanterns were designed as glowing details on tables tops. Colours of the lanterns were replicated in the lighting design for the room. Hand painted vases with spilling arrangements of colourful blooms and tea light votive complete the look with an organic touch.

8 NEW YEARS EVE White pedestals with sleek white urns at the end of a red carpet lead guests into the space. Colourful tropical arrangements give a sense of the season. CENTREPIECES: Clear glass candle stand topped with a mini tropical arrangement in bright colours. Tea lights in clear votives keep it clean and contemporary on a square mirror base.

9 SEASON LAUNCH Custom decaled pedestals in black and gold with stunning floral arrangement in bold colours with greenery. ENTRANCE FEATURE: Custom decaled food station is transformed into a bold, sophisticated entrance feature. Letting guests know they have arrived styles with beautiful details FURNITURE: Furniture in black, crystal and gold created high and low level seating and oasis in the room to keep the guests moving and mingling comfortably.

10 WHITE STYLING FURNITURE: White low line furniture with accents of blue and green keeps the seating fun, fresh and simple. FOOD STATION DESIGN: Complete mirror coverage for large food stations with Etihad brand applied. Large bunches of white and green blooms are teamed up with stacked glass and white ceramic details.

11 MEDIEVAL - ESSENDON FC Suit of armor on each side of the entrance illuminated for extra effect and surrounded with haze. CENTREPIECES: Large table scape of ivy, candles and ornate candelabra TABLE DESIGN: Rich red velvet cloths with gold charger plates and rolled napkins with gold tassels. DETAILS: Scenic backdrop of medieval castle with wooden barrels for additional furniture, lighting and feature haze for effect.
