Ons glo ook hardnekkig in ons eenvoudige resep van uitstekende kwaliteit, billike pryse en briljante naverkoopdiens. Kwaliteit: By Incanda gebruik ons net die beste roumateriale hetsy dit vir ons leerbanke of ons houtmeubels is. Wanneer ons leerbanke maak, is die planke wat ons gebruik dikker en breër as die standaard spesiikasie, en ons sit die banke met skroewe en gom aanmekaar in plaas van met kramme. 4 Things customers should know before purchasing an Incanda product All Incanda s furniture are manufactured from the highest quality material available. With the correct care your furniture could last you a lifetime, while everyday use would only add to the item s overall character. As with vehicles, your furniture s lifespan largely depends on the intensity and frequency of use rather than the number of years it has been in use. For this reason we cannot guarantee our furniture for a speciied period of time. This, however, does not mean that we would refrain from accepting full responsibility for a mistake on our side. Should you encounter any problems with the furniture you purchased from Incanda, please contact us. If both parties agree that the problem was caused by the use of inferior materials or poor workmanship, we will gladly repair the furniture at no extra cost. Please note that Incanda will not be liable for transport costs. We would obviously be more prepared to assist should a problem become apparent within the irst two years of use rather than 10 years later. In order to extend your leather furniture s lifespan, please take note of the following: - Never expose your upholstered leather items to stand in direct sunlight, as this will cause the leather to fade faster. It is important to be aware that all types of leather do inevitably fade over time and that this is not an indication of poor quality material. We can therefore not be held responsible for the natural fading of the leather we use in the manufacturing of our furniture. - Try to avoid spilling liquid on your furniture. Should it happen, wipe it off immediately with a wet cloth. - If your couches are going to be used in a high trafic area, or if you are concerned about your children spilling on the couches, it is advisable to let us treat it with a iber protection sealant. Keep in mind that it has to be repeated every year or so and that it is not an absolute guarantee against any damage. Also be aware that it might affect the look slightly of open grain leathers, like buffed and suede look leathers. - Treat your furniture every three to six months using the leather food you received at delivery of your furniture. If you live in an area with extreme weather conditions, we advise regular treatments. Additional leather food can be purchased at any Incanda showroom and the factory. - Cushions with loose illing should be puffed up regularly to prevent the illing from moving around and to ensure soft and comfortable seating. If the illing no longer puffs up properly, contact any of our showrooms for assistance. If you purchase wood furniture, please take note of the following: - We do put some of the wood we use through a process to lighten the colour slightly. This process might affect the look of the furniture, depending on the reaction of the wood. Initially the furniture item might seem darker if the reaction period is not fully completed. Our wood products are sealed and a damp cloth might be used to wipe it down. - Do not use any oily product during the irst year after purchase to allow for the completion of the lightening process. - If necessary wooden items can be touched up with a good polywax sealant available at any hardware store. 3 Incanda furniture things customers should know before purchasing an incanda product

It has a protective wax or iber protection layer. The leather s appearance is very natural and alive, but it is less colour and stain resistant than semi-analine leather. Not recommended for a room with direct sunlight. protection treatments regularly. This is not recommended for furniture which will have to endure heavy trafic. We urge our customers to ask one of our staff members for advice regarding choosing a certain type of leather item before they inalise a purchase. Semi analine leather - Semi analine leather has been drum dyed, but also has a very thin pigmentation layer on top as well as iber protection. This leather has lost a little bit of its liveliness and natural character, but is very colour and stain resistant. Semi-analine leather has the best longevity of any type of leather and is recommended for areas with direct sunlight or heavy trafic. Oil pull-up leather - This leather has been dyed in a drum, but then the oils and waxes have been mixed with extra pigmentation and applied on top. This gives the leather a beautiful colour variation over time. This leather, however is the least colour resistant of all types of leather and is not recommended if the furniture is going to be exposed to direct sunlight or heavy trafic. Buffed leather - Buffed leather has gone through exactly the same process as full grain full analine leather, but received a slight bufing (like sanding it down with sandpaper) afterwards to give it an even more natural and rugged look. This affects the stain resistance of the leather as it loses some of it s resistance to luids. Nubuck / suede leather - This leather has been dyed in a drum and has no pigmentation or iber protection on top. This leather has a very earthy and natural appearance, but has very little stain resistance. It has to receive iber Incanda furniture types of leather available 32
