In 2002, I earned my Bachelor s Degree of Architecture in Los Andes University in Merida, Venezuela. I have worked in the architecture and construction field for nine years.

3 In 2002, I earned my Bachelor s Degree of Architecture in Los Andes University in Merida, Venezuela. I have worked in the architecture and construction field for nine years. I developed commercial, office, and residential projects. I have had different roles as a interior designer, project architect, and project manager. The last few years, I have studied to finish my degree evaluation by NAAB and NCARB. Currently, I am studying at Illinois Institute of Technology, then I will pursue the licensure of architecture. I am interested to learn and practice sustainable design as well as the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in order to achieve advanced project delivery and integrated modeling. THE ANGELS Residential Building 01 Urban View Monteserino, a construction company with experience in housing projects, decided to build an urban planning and architecture design project.

There are 176 apartments and eight janitorial apartments. Plan view The company wanted to take advantage of the view of the reservoir forest facing the area.

6 THE ANGELS Residential Building 01 Urban View Monteserino, a construction company with experience in housing projects, decided to build an urban planning and architecture design project. It consists of eight buildings with a visitors and resident parking areas. The project has two private condominiums with a gate house. Each condominium has four buildings and green areas. There are 176 apartments and eight janitorial apartments. Plan view The company wanted to take advantage of the view of the reservoir forest facing the area. Therefore, requirements of the project included a sustainability plan with the least impact affecting that nature reserve. The project design and construction schedules were for 1 year. From an early stage the owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors made their best effort to work together as an integrated and motivated team. The rest of the five stories have four prototype apartments. The finishes include brick, stucco paint, gray glass, and matte silver metal frames. The apartment s area is SF of construction. Then in 2010, the owners decided to open another laboratory.

10 SANCHEZ FONT LABORATORY I 04 Entrance (rendered) Shopwindow Sanchez Font is a clinical laboratory recognized for its excellent trajectory in the health care services since Sanchez Font Laboratories started with two main locations in a hospital in Valencia City. Later on, they wanted to open more locations in different areas of the state. The owners wanted to create a concept design to brand their spaces. In 2009, the laboratories contracted me to design and manage one of the renovations. Then in 2010, the owners decided to open another laboratory. In the area, there were some elements left in plain sight, such as beams, ceilings, surface pipes, and metal structures. The furniture design was minimalist and mobile. For that reason, it was drawn as a big circle with a different color for the rest of the floor. At the same time, this circle was projected on the ceiling to give it more prominence.

The company wanted to open a shop and showroom of its products. The origin of the design was to centralize the seller s area. The intention was to mark this area as a central axis. For that reason, it was drawn as a big circle with a different color for the rest of the floor. At the same time, this circle was projected on the ceiling to give it more prominence. The drawing on the floor projected an infinite spiral that evoked a subliminal path through the whole shop. Warm colors such as as cream, brown, and orange were used. Several types of furniture were designed and fabricated to show different kinds of ceramics and sanitary fixtures. Vendors The interior project design lasted 2 months and construction 4 months. The company was pleased with its exhibition, and this project was the beginning of the delivery of tile shelves and furniture to other locations. That was why the idea to create an open and common space between the family room and the kitchen was chosen. Light colors were used to enlarge the space: white on the walls and beige on the floors.
