New plain fabrics have been developed with a richer structure, a coarser weave or a deluxe yarn, completely in line with the latest trends. 3 2270 Luxaflex offers a wide range of new patterns for every transparency. For instance, several patterns are available in both transparent and translucent fabrics. The new motifs vary in style from modern chic, classic, retro and basic to ethnic. Every pattern has been printed on a backing that completely matches its style. Plissé Shades can be operated manually or motorised.

There are a number of different coatings, each with its own specific characteristics. T Plus Topar Plus is a coating that reflects warmth and sunlight, but which has no effect on the colour of the Plissé Shade. This makes Topar Plus extremely suitable for all rooms with large sheets of glass, such as entrance halls and conservatories. Plissé Shades

5 2265 D DustBlock TM is a dirt-repellent treatment, making these fabrics suitable for rooms such as kitchens, where the possibility of staining is greater than in other rooms. ß and flame retardant SanaPlus is an antibacterial finish that you will recognize on some of the fabrics in our flame retardant collection. These flame retardant fabrics are not only suitable for commercial applications, but can be found increasingly more often in home situations such as studies, or children s rooms and windows close to cookers, for instance. 5

6 2222 Window solutions Plissé Shades are available in a wide assortment of beautiful prints, rich structures, gorgeous plain fabrics and luxurious textured fabrics. There are four transparencies, offering more or less privacy. Plissé Shades can be operated manually or motorised. They can cover almost any window shape, from vertical windows (0 ) and tilted windows (to 15 ) to ceiling and conservatory windows (to 90 ). From a standard rectangular window, with or without a turning or tilting mechanism, to triangular, square with one or two slanted sides, pentagonal or hexagonal window shapes. Luxaflex Plissé Shades offer a solution with one of the different operating systems: The standard cordlock operation for simple windows or the Top Down/Bottom Up operation, the grip operation that can be mounted onto a glass strip for tilt and turn windows, endless cord operation for larger windows, crank operation for ceiling and conservatory windows, and our state-of-the-art operating system: electric operation.
