1 ADDENDUM N. 1 Auditorium Stage Curtains TSC RFP The following changes are hereby incorporated into the Request for Proposal Auditorium Stage Curtains. All proposal s statements submitted for consideration shall be bound by the information contained in this addendum. *Item Section and Description A. Question and Answer Session. 1. When are we looking to install? Answer= Weekly slots can be made in our event schedule to accommodate installation in September, October, and November of Project B. Auditorium window curtains (page 12 of the RFP). There are not any sizes listed for the window curtains only the valance and side pockets. Please send sizes. Answer= 8 panels, each 9 W x 8 6 H. Please refer to revised Exhibit A dated. 3. Do you want all the curtains to be 50% fullness? Answer= 50% added fullness. This applies to all curtains. 4. There are also no specifications on the manufacturing such as grometts, box pleats, side and bottom hems. Answer= auditorium and rehearsal room window curtains should be hung with industrial S hooks on existing track using existing hardware. We don t have additional specifications. The vendor will have to use their best judgement to make these curtains compatible with the existing hardware. See attached pictures included. 5. Project B. You are asking for a valance when it is a cornice. A cornice is made of wood and upholstered, a valance is pleated. Answer= different vendors have different terms for this item cornice/valance. In this instance, a cornice which is made of wood and upholstered is correct. B. Additional requirements are being included as part of Section 7. Description of Services. 1. All stage curtains must be a synthetic heavyweight matte woven velour and inherently flame retardant.

2 2. During the evaluation/selection process, samples of approximately 12 x 12 may be required for 1115 Navy color. Pictures of Existing Hardware
