3 The Lodges at Elkhorn Creek II The Elkhorn Creek Development is perfectly situated to take in the views of both Lone Mountain and the Spanish Peaks. The design intent for the second building was to enhance the interior finishes with a Mountain Modern style and update certain exterior finishes while keeping continuity with the first building. The interior finishes of the development are outlined in forthcoming pages.

5 Interior Design Team The Gallatin Valley Design Group (GVDG) was chosen to make the selections for all interior finishes. With a long trackrecord of Design projects in Big Sky, GVDG took extra consideration to make the second building current, but unique. Extra thought was put into subtle details when selecting and designing all flooring, countertops, cabinetry, plumbing fixures, lighting, paint, stain colors, doors, and hardware. Additional customization may be possible. Upgrade options are available, please consult your Realtor if interested. 5

6 Exterior Entrance The entrance of the Second Building will be inviting and have a residential feel. The floors selected are a very durable porcelain tile in a beautiful wood plank look similar to the interior hardwood floors.
