15 PRIORITIZED OPPORTUNITIES Recreational Trails Complete the Brad Freeman Trail under the Green Bridge Connect the Nelson Ballfields complex to the Forebay Safe Routes to School Improvements Fill in the sidewalk gaps along Fallbrook, Burlington, Insert map graphic Columbia, and Wyandotte Install pedestrian and bicycle improvements on Las Plumas Avenue Provide pedestrian and safety improvements to link schools in Thermalito with residential areas east of SR-70
