The proposed facility consists of a new 70-foot tall monopole with three (3) panel antennas, with remote radio units (RRU), and three (3) microwave dish antennas mounted at the foot and foot (rad-center) elevations, respectively. One (1) equipment cabinet, with a GPS antenna, will be located near the base of the pole on a 20-foot by 20-foot fenced lease area. The use permit would also allow the height of the monopole to exceed the 55-foot height restriction (Sections (d)(3)(bb) and (cc)) agendaOV
