It will be located in the northwestern part of the Lithuanian capital, on one of its most important roads, which continues as Highway E272 (A2 Vilnius-Panevezys). The Office Park will be easily accessible from different parts of Vilnius. On your way to the office and returning home, you will probably avoid the heaviest traffic, since it will be going in the opposite direction. The planned Vilnius Western Bypass will improve accessibility even more within a few years. Floor space: Planned gross area of the Office Park buildings 40,000 sq. m (430,000 sq. ft.). Net area 36,000 sq. m (388,000 sq. ft.). Buildings: Five stand-alone, 7-story buildings, each 7-8,000 sq. m (75-86,000 sq. ft.) in size; the area of one floor will be about 1,000 sq. m (10,800 sq. ft.). Parking: A spacious two-story underground parking garage. Environment Vilnius Office Park is being developed on one of the most important streets of the city, where intensive development of commercial and residential projects started several years ago. Verdispar is a Norwegian property investment and development group. The Company has more than 60 employees in its offices in Oslo, Bergen, Sandvika (Norway), Vilnius (Lithuania) and Zagreb (Croatia).
