We worked on strategic planning of Pars Electric Company (the biggest television and radio- cassette player manufacturer in Iran) and Iran National Carpet Co. Gathering and analyzing marketing and financial data and preparing reports in these areas was my main works in these projects. Pakshoo Co.; from August 2000 to January 2001 I was employed as international marketing expert in an Iranian company namely Pakshoo 2 company that manufactures hygienic and cleansing products. Finding potential markets and wholesalers in Gulf region, studying their import rules and regulations, analyzing these data for the managers were my tasks

2 Queen CoEast Co.; by January 2001 Internet started pervading in commercial works in Iran, my friend and I triggered a small company named Queen CoEast Co 3. to experience this new technology in business. I was in charge of sales assistant and head of chemical department. Zardkuh Company; Designing the Marketing Plan of Zardkuh Company was one of my works in I was a member of the team working on marketing strategies and 4P plans for Zardkuh. Petrochemical Transportation Company: as the Consultant of the CEO in organizational development, marketing and IT, I have started my work since January Academic Researches Institute for Trade Studies and Research; Since July 2002 I started my work in Institute for Trade Studies and Research (ITSR 4 ) as a researcher and manager of Information Technology studies department. As a researcher I mainly work on strategic issues of IT and as the manager I am responsible for all the research projects in the department mainly on infra-structures, applications and strategic issues of IT in business. We have started many research projects in these areas whose list can be presented. Iman Spaghetti Co.; in 1997 our professor, Dr. Venus, offered us a case-study in Iman Spaghetti Co.; with a market simulation we studied the causes of the company failure in exporting its products to Armenia, Turkmenistan, and Kazakhstan. Pars Kalery Co., In 1998 my classmates and I explored the causes of inefficiency in Marketing Department of Pars Kalery Co., (a manufacturer of packing products in Iran) through BSC model. Marketing Survey, In 2000 I finished a research about customer satisfaction of PC Monitors in Iran market; we worked for our Research Methodology Course at University of Tehran.
